The intense one-month internship life is over, and I still have a lot to gain during this one-month period. It is necessary to sum up after the internship. First of all, through more than one month's internship and practice, I have learned a lot of practical knowledge. The so-called practice is the only criterion for testing truth. By being on standby, I closely observed the whole construction process and learned a lot of applicable and specific construction knowledge, which I seldom contact and pay attention to at school, but it is also very important basic knowledge.

General arrangement of construction: 1. It is beneficial to shorten the construction period to organize construction according to the principles of underground first, above ground first, main body first, enclosure later, fine decoration first and fine decoration later, to conduct structural acceptance in time, to form a working face as soon as possible, and to organize cross operation of main bodies. Column, wall template configuration should be used for 5-6 times. Special roof concrete construction shall not leave construction joints as required. 2, in the engineering construction, at the same time, to arrange the intersection of each process, according to the needs of the process to make the required resources in place. 3, in the earthwork excavation stage timely organize enough labor to repair the slope, to ensure that the slope of the foundation pit groove does not collapse. If the acceptance of foundation pit slot is not restricted by relevant conditions, the foundation earthwork and concrete cushion construction will cross, and the soil will be cleared, the slot will be inspected and the concrete cushion will be poured in different areas to ensure that the foundation soil of the bearing layer will not be disturbed by rain or man-made. 4. This project is a high-rise building, and the acceptance of the intermediate structure of structural engineering can be considered. In structural construction, reasonable arrangements are made for process insertion and embedding of embedded parts. 5, water, electricity, equipment and other reserved, embedded installation, to closely cooperate with the civil construction progress, and actively organize the crossover operation, to do a good job of embedded reserved water and electricity pipelines, and to do a good job of installation and debugging in the decoration stage.

Formwork project: (1) Setting-out: First, measure the axes of the side columns and walls of the building, and take this axis as the starting point to lead out all axes. During template setting-out, the center line and edge line of the template shall be popped up with chalk line according to the construction drawing, and the edge line and outer control line of the template shall be popped up for the wall template, so as to facilitate the installation and correction of the template. 2) According to the requirements of actual elevation, directly measure the horizontal elevation of the building to the installation position of the formwork with a level. (3) The bottom of the template should be leveled in advance, and the sundries should be cleaned up to ensure the correct position of the template, so as to prevent slurry leakage or root rot at the bottom of the template after concrete molding. (4) The foreman determines the assembly design scheme of the template in advance, and makes technical, quality and safety disclosure to the construction team. (5) A certain number of garbage cleaning holes should be left at the bottom of the side formwork of the wall and column. Template should be coated with release agent. There are many matters needing attention, so I won't list them here.

The binding of steel bars shall meet the following requirements: 1. The intersection of steel bars shall be fastened with iron wire. 2. Except for the intersection of two rows of steel bars near the periphery, the steel mesh of plates and walls can be fastened alternately, but the stressed steel bars shall not be displaced. Two-way reinforced fabric shall not be buckled and bound, and all must be fastened. 3. The steel bars of beams and columns shall be arranged vertically with the stressed steel bars, unless there are special design requirements. Stirrup hook lap, should be staggered along the direction of reinforced. The stirrup hooks of the beam are staggered about 50% on the beam surface, and the stirrup hooks of the column are staggered at the four corners of the column. 4. When the vertical reinforcement in the column is overlapped, the hook of the corner reinforcement should form a 45-degree angle with the template (the polygonal column is the bisecting angle of the internal angle of the template; The tangent of the cylinder is perpendicular to the formwork): the hook of the middle reinforcement should be 90 degrees with the formwork. When pouring a small cross-section column with an internal vibrator, the minimum included angle between the hook and the template should not be less than 15 degrees. 5. At the intersection of plate, secondary beam and main beam, the steel bar of plate is above, the steel bar of secondary beam is in the middle and the steel bar of main beam is below; When there is a ring beam or cushion beam, the reinforcement of the main beam is on the floor. 6. When the upper and lower steel bars have joints, they should be staggered according to the specification requirements, and their positions and lap lengths should meet the specification and design requirements. Steel lap, should be in the center and both ends in accordance with the provisions, with iron wire fastened. 7. After placing the reinforced horse stool bracket, you can tie the positioning steel bar in the vertical and horizontal direction of the upper reinforcement, and draw a step sign on the positioning steel bar. Then put the vertical and horizontal reinforcement, and the binding method is the same as that of the lower reinforcement.

Wall-building construction technology: first of all, I know that before building a wall, workers should determine the flatness and verticality of the wall according to the upper beam, and then build a wall according to the axis of the wall put in advance, which can fully ensure the quality and speed of masonry; Secondly, there is generally no need to modify the flatness difference of less than 2 cm, because mortar can be used for leveling; Thirdly, when building a wall with foam, the height of the top must be 20 cm, and then cement bricks are used obliquely to prevent cracks in the upper concrete due to shrinkage; The wall connected by the constructional column should be made into a horse tooth shape, and Rachel bars extending 60 cm out of the wall should be set. After the wall is built, the constructional column is poured. Before laying the first brick on the ground, it is necessary to wet the ground with water and clean up the garbage, in order to make the mortar better connected and stable with the ground; Finally, reasonable masonry should be set up when laying, and it should be overlapped correctly; The construction of toilets and kitchens must use cement bricks as the first brick to prevent moisture.

After the control points of each layer are determined and verified, it shall be ensured that the closing difference of angle and distance is within the specification requirements. First, use internal control points to penetrate the main control line, then release the fine lines of each detail, and finally release the edge lines of walls, beams and columns. Every lofting work must follow the principle of "from the whole to the part, control the part first", measure the displacement of the stairwell and the big corner of the external wall, and keep all the measurement results on file and the bottom.

As an important material in engineering, the performance of concrete is very important, so when pouring concrete, the interval between inserting vibrators is about 40cm, and the vibrating time is generally 15-30S, and it will be vibrated again after 20-30min. For reserved holes, embedded parts and parts with dense steel bars, corresponding technical measures should be formulated in advance to ensure vibrating compaction. When pouring concrete, you should always observe it. If you find that the concrete is not dense, you should take immediate measures. It is an important link to prevent concrete cracking to brush curing agent immediately after formwork removal and strengthen concrete curing scheme. During this period, all exposed parts should be kept wet, and dry and wet should not alternate. After the wall formwork is dismantled, special attention should be paid to maintenance. After concrete pouring, naturally cured components shall be covered and watered for curing within 12 hours. When the maximum temperature is higher than 25 degrees, the time of covering and watering maintenance should be advanced appropriately. The duration of water conservation is not less than 7 days and nights. When the daily average temperature is lower than 5 degrees, the components cannot be watered and maintained, but they should be covered.

After one month's field practice, it is a stage that our students combine theory with practice in field construction; I learned a lot of things that are not available in books, such as the setting out of site construction, the use of instruments such as level and total station, the requirements of site construction technology, the understanding of construction drawings, and the management of construction site (the handling of potential safety hazards on site). Matters needing attention during internship: 1 Familiar with construction drawings before construction; 2. Wear safety helmet when entering the construction site, and pay attention to safety; 3, in the field according to the drawings and specifications. I firmly believe that through this period of internship, the practical experience gained will benefit me for life, and will be constantly verified in the actual work after graduation.
