The mistake that is easy to make is that the calf touches the opponent directly, and the knee joint does not move from flexion to extension, resulting in insufficient hitting power; The action range of step is too large, and the action concealment is not strong; Hips are not fed forward, leg lengths are not fully utilized, and movements are incoherent, resulting in decomposition, legs and legs are not folded tightly, and the bounce is soft and weak. If the right foot is used as the whip leg in front, the essentials of the action method are the same.

(2) The back whip leg (taking the middle whip leg as an example) has a long attack distance and great strength, and is often used for defensive counterattack or combo. For example, when an opponent attacks my head with his fist, his ribs are empty, so he can lean sideways and tilt his head to dodge. At the same time, twist your waist and hips, whip your legs and sweep your ribs. Because the back whip leg has a long attack distance and relatively slow speed, it is easy to be broken by the opponent in the middle, so it cannot be abused and must be used in conjunction with other punches, legs and footwork. Take the left actual combat posture as an example: the left foot takes a step forward, and the right foot bends its knees from the inside of the left foot into a straight line. When the right knee joint is lifted, the left foot supports the heel to twist forward, the upper body tilts slightly, the right leg is folded and clamped, and the right foot stretches out from the back, then the waist is twisted and the shaft foot is twisted. At the moment of lifting hips and loosening hips, the right foot tightens the instep, and quickly lifts the hips to eject the calf forward. At the same time, the same arm stretches forward and the other hand protects the chest. The training method of back whip leg is divided into several procedures. Whipping the leg on the premise of bending the leg and lifting the leg forward aims to keep the body balanced, reduce the attack distance and speed up the attack. At the same time, it is more concealed, and the opponent can't judge our attack method at the moment. And because the knee joint is lifted forward, it can protect the crotch and abdomen. However, the attack power is relatively small, because the torsion of the waist is smaller, and the whip force cannot be fully exerted, and because the legs are straight from the knees, the angle is small, the distance is short, and the speed is faster. After practicing this method, you can lift your legs without yielding, twist your waist and hips and kick your legs directly. (3) How to make the kicking method correct. The kicking method of the front and rear whips is the same, but the kicking method is determined by the different positions of the legs and the different postures of the front and rear feet. Mastering the correct kicking method is an important prerequisite for practicing whipping well. The upward force of whipping is too great, and there is no lateral force. Mainly because the medial ligament of the leg is poor, lateral leg press and lateral split can be done more. When practicing, you can hold things such as tree poles and gradually increase from low to high. Whip the leg slowly, and deliberately withdraw the leg quickly during practice. Take the knee joint as the axis when retracting the leg. Retract the leg first and then put it down. When they leave their legs, they will quickly twist the waist and rotate the shaft to whip their legs, and practice repeatedly in the air, with low, medium and high positions in series.

Second, the intensive training of whipping legs. After mastering the basic skills of kicking, we should carry out intensive training. The so-called intensive training is to train the effectiveness of actual combat against the enemy on the basis of the basic skills of whipping legs. Not only should we practice our legs flexibly, but we should also practice them as hard as iron bars and attack with great strength.

(1) Foot target practice of whipping legs. Whipping the leg is an arc power line, and the practice of hitting the foot target is different from other leg methods, but it is basically similar to crossing the knee. In practice, the helper holds a target on the left and right, and uses different positions of high, middle and low to conduct target guidance training. For example, the exerciser kicks the leg with a low whip on his left foot and a high whip on his right foot. The exerciser kicks the leg quickly by using the inertia force generated by twisting the waist and the shaft leg, and the shaft leg keeps an axis with the upper body. At the same time, the helper should use posture and footwork to do simulated actual combat training with the practitioners. Practitioners should not only have active attack training, but also practice some defense and counterattack training, and constantly punch and kick the target from low to high without landing. The front whip leg and the back whip leg are kicked separately and repeatedly, and then kicked to the target in a series of alternating combinations.

(2) leg whipping exercise 1. Make a round hole in the chest height of the trunk, put an egg stick about 2 feet thick, hold one end of the stick with both hands, do knee lifting exercises, intentionally send your hips forward when lifting your knees, then do high and middle leg whipping exercises, and repeat the left and right feet for more than ten times. Then lift the attacking leg and fold it, and do bouncing exercises repeatedly to understand the steps and essentials of the action. The whole movement should be fast, coherent and in one go, and you can't stop when you lift your knees, so as not to cause disjointed, stiff, loose and weak movements. 2. (3) Simulated attack practice of whipping legs. The simulation exercise of whipping legs is mainly aimed at sandbags and tree trunks. With the combination of fists and legs in various situations, as well as the coordination of posture and footwork, various attacks are carried out and whipping exercises are issued.

In the usual training, we will kick the whip with flicker, with progressive kicking, with left and right straight fists, with sideways flashing kicking, with whipping and so on. Repeated fast break and defensive whipping exercises with sandbags.

(4) The attack points of hard training whip leg are the instep, the inside of the neck and the front shin. These parts have no muscle protection. It is more difficult to practice than kicking, because the soles of your feet are firmer when you walk. However, the instep and front shin never get any exercise at ordinary times, and it will be painful to touch hard objects. Therefore, people in the Wulin in the past dynasties have seriously practiced the attack point of whipping their legs, making one leg invincible, like cast iron, so fierce that the opponent's hair stands on end. Especially in the folk Wulin in China, the traditional leg training is more colorful. In this theory, I combine traditional and modern scientific training methods to describe the hard work of whipping legs, so that practitioners can get results in simple methods. There are many simple methods, mainly piling and sandbagging. Self-learners can practice by clapping, and clapping can be done by themselves. The method is as follows: find a soft wood with a thickness of 2-2.5 cm and a length of about 25 cm, cut off 7-8 cm to make a handle that is easy to grasp, and beat it with the other end. The width of clapper should not be greater than 15 cm, and it is better to be 8- 10 cm.
