How to treat speeches and exchange papers
Understand what you said and do what you want him to do. Whether that person is your superior, colleague or subordinate. This is a bit difficult to operate, but it should not be difficult to understand. Therefore, if you want to improve the efficiency of communication, you must improve your communication skills. This is also the purpose of our class.

Communication skills are like the art of war. Although there are laws to follow, there is absolutely no fixed law. Tampering with the art of war means that communication is abnormal and information is impermanent. Communication skills vary from person to person, from personality to personality, and from time to place. . . . . . But one thing is the same. As long as one party has good communication skills, it can improve the efficiency of communication, which is the requirement for professional managers. No matter who you communicate with, as long as you know the skills and use them flexibly, you can improve communication efficiency.

Although most communication skills are similar, I still want to talk about it.

The most basic technical requirement of communication is of course preparation. There are only two levels, macro preparation and micro preparation.

Macro-preparation is the improvement of one's ability, which is embodied in the improvement of emotional intelligence, aq and IQ. It is the most difficult to improve IQ here, because there are the most natural ingredients here. If it's hard, give it up. Because the input-output ratio of improving IQ is the lowest. One reason why we can give up is that it is difficult to improve, and another reason is that people with enough IQ can succeed even if they are not very tall.

Micro-preparation refers to the preparatory work done at the initial stage of the specific communication process. Including the understanding of background, personality, hobbies, specialties and so on. Of the communication object. As the saying goes, "know yourself and know yourself, and you will win every battle." Of course, communication is not a war, and the success of communication achieves a win-win effect.

Full preparation does not mean successful communication. Sometimes the more successful the preparation, the less successful the communication. Why? Because there is no important skill in communication, that is, don't impose your own views on others. You think you are well prepared, clearly defined and correct, and others should accept it. Don't forget that others are not you, and others may not accept it. Especially when other people's objections are rudely interrupted by you.
