The first time I heard the word "new style" was during the summer training on 20 18. I sat down at the meeting place of thousands of people to listen to the experts. After listening to it, it really shocked me. This is what my ideal school should look like, and at the same time I feel too idealistic and far away from myself. But after more than a year of study, my understanding of the new pattern is more and more profound.

The new pattern was originally aimed at the "old pattern" and was put forward to change some patterns that people were dissatisfied with schools and education in the past. New-type schools are theoretical thinking for schools at all levels to seek better development. It takes "perfection" as its highest value pursuit and comprehensive education as its core task, aiming at establishing a school with "humanity, temperature, story and beauty".

? The convening of the second National Forum on New Schools allowed me to participate in and experience the achievements of the construction of new schools at close range. As a school out of the Book of Songs, Feng Wei's campus culture has always been very strong, featuring calligraphy. Feng Wei's Seven Dragons has become a famous brand in the school, and all the teachers and students are practicing new moves every day. The clean and comfortable environment in the classroom, the cordial greetings between teachers and students, every scene and every wall on campus all reflect the school culture and exert a subtle influence on students.

The school is looking for a new form of initial heart. As a teacher, we should also look for new forms of our own classroom. When the classroom changes, the school changes. From this, I thought of a passage in the Great Teaching Theory, seeking and finding a way to make teachers teach less, students learn more, schools less noisy, disgusting and useless, and more leisure, happiness and solid progress. In the final analysis, education is educating people, students are always the object and subject of education, and all school activities should serve the development of students. As teachers, we should study our educational objects more deeply, study the laws of students' physical and mental development and cognitive styles, and find the most scientific and suitable teaching methods for students' development.

The glory of the new activity is over and everything is back to normal. Perhaps this is the normal state of education. Education should be static, teachers should keep improving, and schools should create an environment suitable for the growth of teachers and students. * * * Only with one heart and one mind can we * * keep our original heart and wait for the flowers to bloom.
