Coal gangue is a solid waste produced in the process of coal mining and washing, and it is one of the largest industrial solid wastes in China. A large number of coal gangue not only occupies cultivated land, but also causes serious environmental pollution. Therefore, the treatment and effective utilization of coal mine waste has become an urgent problem to be solved. The most commonly used method to utilize coal gangue is cement admixture. Because the activity of coal gangue is relatively low, its effective utilization is limited. Stimulating its activity is an effective measure to expand the utilization of coal gangue.
In this project? The thermal activation of coal gangue and the factors affecting its activity under different conditions were studied. The effects of calcination temperature, holding time and cooling mode on activation were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), active silica dissolution and ash activity were used to study the activation process. The results show that the activation temperature is 70 0℃, the residence time is 2 hours, and the activation effect is the best when it is naturally cooled.
