abstract:
At present, it is very common to install motors in large mechanical equipment, which is a means to assist the production function of mechanical equipment. However, when the motor works continuously for a long time, the temperature continues to rise, the performance of the motor decreases, the working efficiency is low, and the motor fails. Therefore, the rapid development of fault diagnosis technology is the key to prolong the service life of motor. Based on reality, this paper analyzes the types of motor faults and the application of fault diagnosis technology in maintenance management. It is hoped that through this study, the application of fault diagnosis technology in automobile maintenance management will be discussed, so as to have a deeper understanding of relevant professional knowledge.

Introduction:
The appearance of electric motors can be traced back to the beginning of last century. With the rapid development of the second industrial revolution, the motor has played a great role. With the rapid development of science and technology and production technology in China, motors have played a great role in manufacturing, industry and agriculture. However, long-term use of the motor with high frequency in construction machinery is easy to cause motor failure. Therefore, the fault diagnosis technology came into being. At present, there are four types of motor faults. However, how to diagnose the fault and prescribe the right medicine is a problem that experts, scholars and technicians attach equal importance to, and it is also a subject that needs continuous research.
1. Analysis of motor fault types
1. 1 rotor failure
Rotor failure is mainly due to the fact that the motor is in the high frequency state of mechanical braking for a long time in the process of long-term operation, so rotor failure is prone to occur. The motor rotor also includes two plates: a positioning bearing and a non-positioning bearing. The locating bearing mainly bears the load of the rotor in the process of high-speed operation. In order to avoid the damage caused by other external forces during the operation of the motor, it is necessary to install non-positioning bearings.
Therefore, both the locating bearing and the non-locating bearing may be damaged or destroyed due to various forces on the motor, which will eventually lead to the rotor failure of the motor. This kind of fault is one of the common faults of the motor, and it is also the key factor that the motor can't run continuously, which eventually leads to broken bars.
1.2 stator fault
The stator fault is largely caused by the damage of the external insulator of the motor; Another possibility is that the motor has a turn-to-turn short circuit fault during use. Once turn-to-turn short circuit occurs, turn-to-turn insulation needs to withstand transient overvoltage. This situation is largely due to the stator fault caused by short circuit fault, insulation deformation and insulation damage when the motor is in a harsh environment for a long time and insists on high-speed operation.
Stator faults are also very common. Maintenance personnel can discuss the use of the motor through fault maintenance technology and predict its future service life. Stator failure also shows that there are problems in the performance of various parts and circuits of the motor.
1.3 air gap eccentricity fault
Air gap eccentricity fault is caused by the deviation of parts and lines in the process of motor assembly. This kind of failure is generally caused by assembly problems and the professional quality of assembly personnel.
Another reason of air gap eccentricity fault is that the motor works for a long time, which leads to loose parts and bearing failure during continuous vibration and high frequency use, or the ellipticity of stator core inner diameter does not meet the long-term operation index of the motor, which leads to air gap eccentricity fault. Once this kind of fault occurs, it is easy to produce a chain effect, which will lead to the failure of the motor to operate normally and eventually lead to a gap between the stator and the rotor. When the motor can't run normally, it will naturally cause difficulties in the use of construction machinery.
1.4 bearing failure
The reason of bearing failure is similar to air gap eccentricity failure, and it is also a problem caused by looseness and clearance in the long-term operation of parts. Because the bearing bears a lot of force during the operation of the motor, it is easy to see the temperature rise during the actual operation. When the temperature continues to rise, the radial rod of the bearing will generate expansion force due to the influence of heat, thus making the bearing loose. The bearing of the motor is influenced by the gravity of the rotor, and long-term rotation will inevitably lead to the wear of the surface of the radial rod of the bearing. Coupled with the mechanical friction between the bearing ring and the shaft surface in the long-term rotation, it eventually leads to the internal heating of the motor, which eventually damages the bearing and causes the motor to fail to run normally and continuously.
2. Application analysis of motor fault diagnosis technology.
2. 1 neural network diagnosis
Neural network diagnosis method is widely used at present. Neural network diagnosis is to imitate the structure of human brain neurons, take the interior of motor nerve as the brain structure, thus establishing a nonlinear dynamic network system, which is finally scanned by all units and highly parallel.
Through the mathematical simulation ability of the internet, the fault diagnosis of the motor is carried out. The neural network diagnosis method is different from the traditional computer diagnosis method. We only need to write the corresponding program through software, execute the diagnosis instruction highly based on the task of software compilation, perceive and process the parameters and specific data of each part in the motor, and compare the parameters of each part of the motor before the fault, so that we can scan the sample of the parts with high fault.
Through this method, the internal fault of the motor can be more strongly sensed, and it can be judged whether it is stator fault or rotor fault, and the parts in which area are loose and worn. It can be seen that the neural network diagnosis mainly grasps the internal parameters of the motor in advance, and finally realizes operation, comparison and scanning to make diagnosis.
2.2 Expert system diagnosis
Expert system fault diagnosis is similar to neural network diagnosis. The former relies on internet digital technology, and the expert system diagnosis relies on artificial intelligence technology. This technology integrates the opinions of experts related to motor fault maintenance, and combines with intelligent technology to detect various parameters of the motor, and finally makes a comprehensive judgment.
When using expert system for diagnosis, engineers need to establish a diagnosis model according to their own knowledge, and diagnose motor faults by comparing and checking the models one by one. This method is a relatively new detection technology at present. In the process of establishing the model, combined with expert system diagnosis, the fault can be solved accordingly and the service life of the motor can be prolonged. Moreover, the accuracy of comprehensive judgment is very high, which can realize comprehensive investigation in rapid detection, make a more systematic diagnosis report on the motor, and help relevant personnel to understand and judge the state of the motor and its expected service life in the future.
2.3 signal processing diagnosis
Signal processing and diagnosis technology is to judge the fault situation by sending signals and instructions after the motor fails. In addition to some advanced motor mechanical equipment, some enterprises will also install diagnostic signal processing devices on motor insulation equipment, which can fully meet the information processing requirements. According to the signal processing and diagnosis technology, maintenance personnel and engineers analyze the signals sent by the motor in time domain and time frequency domain (the analysis content is the changes of time domain, frequency domain and frequency components of the signals, and the judgment of non-stationary time-varying functions of the signals), so as to calculate the faults sent by related equipment, compare parameters and process the signals.
2.4 mixed diagnosis method
The hybrid diagnosis method is also a common fault diagnosis technology. It is based on the previous emergency fault diagnosis method (this method requires engineers and maintenance workers with high comprehensive quality to comprehensively judge the cause of motor fault combined with instrument detection, but the accuracy is not high because of naked eye detection and subjective judgment detection), combined with motor maintenance management, regular maintenance management work is carried out to further obtain the data parameters of stator, rotor and components in the motor, thus avoiding the possibility of failure. At present, with the development of internet technology and digital technology, this fault diagnosis technology is gradually becoming intelligent, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to compare parameters in real time, predict the state of the motor and make a fault maintenance plan.
3. Concluding remarks
This paper mainly analyzes the application of fault diagnosis technology in motor maintenance management, systematically analyzes and discusses the current motor fault types, and discusses the specific application of fault diagnosis technology in detail, hoping to have a deeper understanding of relevant professional knowledge through the analysis of this paper.
