If the year of the project can be seen from the fund number, the general fund has completed the project five years ago. The editorial department will ask you to change the fund (some journals will use this as a reason for rejecting the manuscript). Unless it is a national project, it will be completed in five years.

The fund management institution shall, according to the national economic and social development plan, scientific and technological development plan and scientific and technological development situation, formulate the fund development plan and the annual fund project guide.
