He presided over and took charge of four provincial natural science foundation and State Key Laboratory open fund projects, 1 innovation fund project of oil and gas corporation and six horizontal oil field projects, among which "Research on nitrogen and oxygen free radicals" won the first prize of Gansu Province for scientific and technological progress. In recent years, the main research work focuses on the remaining oil saturation indicator technology and its theory, surface and colloid chemistry fields, such as nano-particle synthesis and theoretical research, and the preliminary investigation of green energy technology. He has published more than 40 papers in Journal of Chemistry, Journal of Chemistry of China University, Organic Chemistry and Fine Chemical Industry.
