What is the procedure for prosecution?
According to the provisions of China's civil procedure law, it can usually be divided into four stages:
1, prosecution accepted. The initial stage of civil litigation. Including the combination of plaintiff's prosecution and people's court acceptance.
2. Preparation before trial. The preparatory work that a judge should do after accepting a case and before hearing it. 3. Hold a trial. Article 18 Basic people's courts shall have jurisdiction over civil cases of first instance, except as otherwise provided by this Law.
Article 19 The Intermediate People's Court shall have jurisdiction over the following civil cases of first instance:
