We have studied the extraction of bioactive substances from Eucommia ulmoides, Actinidia chinensis, Huperzia serrata, rattan tea, Polygonum cuspidatum, Zanthoxylum bungeanum and bamboo leaves, and some achievements have been transformed and industrialized.

While paying attention to the application research of plant extracts, we have continuously strengthened the in-depth study of basic theories, and successively carried out research on the preparation methods and adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymers. Molecular imprinting technology has been used in chromatographic analysis, solid-phase (micro) extraction, enrichment, separation and analysis of trace alkaloids in Cephalotaxus.
