Abstract: With the development of society and fierce market competition, employees play an increasingly important role in the survival and development of enterprises. Due to the low income of private enterprises, poor environment of excellent employees, improper management of talent promotion demand and difficulty in introducing excellent employees, the lack of employees has become the key point of sustainable development of private enterprises. The brain drain of private enterprises in China is a serious problem. Senior managers and technicians in private enterprises have relatively short working years. Staff turnover has become the main obstacle to the development of private enterprises. Starting with introducing the connotation of employee turnover, this paper expounds the characteristics of employee turnover in private enterprises and analyzes the reasons and costs of employee turnover. Enterprise management is human resource management to a great extent and monetary capital management in essence. This is the key to human resource management, because human resources are directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. However, managers often don't pay attention to employee turnover, especially in private enterprises, which lack effective measures to deal with employee turnover. Therefore, the measures to deal with staff turnover have great and realistic effects on improving the comprehensive competitiveness of private enterprises in China. I'm exhausted, hope to adopt!
