This paper mainly focuses on the research of personnel in public institutions, and introduces the establishment goal, system analysis, system structure, system design, system implementation, and the advantages of using the development tool Visual Basic 6.0. The system can realize the functions of personnel input, query, modification, deletion, maintenance, classification and statistics, basic information processing, basic information processing of units, basic information processing of personnel, comprehensive query, data induction and export, etc. Operators can easily use this software to manage the information of business cadres. This design is mainly aimed at computer management of cadres in public institutions. After receiving the project description, this paper compares many visual development tools at present, and decides to use the front end of MicroSoft Visual Basic 6.0 as the tool software and apply the object-oriented method to develop this project. In the system architecture design, the system structure, the relationship between modules and the database structure are introduced. In the detailed design, the specific implementation process of the system is introduced, and the design idea, function and design process of each system sub-module developed by the system are described in detail. Basically completed the requirements, and put forward the ideas and plans for the next corresponding software development. In this paper, I use the function diagram, data flow chart and application interface to explain the text, which makes the article clear and easy to understand.
