In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the application of single-chip microcomputer in British daily life has become more and more extensive, and at the same time it has promoted the rapid development of traditional control. At present, the research and development of intelligent water pump control system has system advantages. With the development of computer technology and frequency conversion technology, the control system with simple equipment, low investment, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, energy saving and high efficiency will be the development direction of water pump intelligent control system.

Based on the present situation of intelligent control system of water pump controlled by single chip microcomputer, this paper makes full use of modern new and advanced components and the latest theory and intelligent control algorithm, and combines automatic detection technology with single chip microcomputer technology to design an intelligent water pump control system. Intelligent design of pump control system has high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and high energy efficiency.

In the introduction, the background of this system and the development performance of key components in the control system are introduced at first.

In the second chapter, the water supply system and working principle of intelligent water pump system are introduced. This paper introduces the composition of the system, gives the schematic diagram and control schematic diagram of the system, and briefly introduces the main hardware functions of the system. The overall hardware structure of the control system is described, and the functions of each hardware module are established.

In the third chapter, the design and development process of the software are emphatically analyzed, the control algorithm design idea and program of the intelligent water pump control system are studied in detail, the modular design is established, the functions of the main program module, keyboard module, alarm detection module and water pump control module are expounded, and the workflow of the main program and water pump control program is developed.

Finally, in the fourth chapter, the software and hardware simulation and debugging of the system are carried out, and the debugging tools and testing methods used by the system are introduced.
