This time, my internship place is Xuji Power Supply Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xuji Group. Founded in March 1994, it is one of the core subsidiaries of Xuji Group. At present, Xuji Group has 1 listed companies, two industry research institutes, two national product testing centers and eight Sino-foreign joint ventures. It is a large backbone and leading enterprise in China power equipment industry, 520 major domestic technical equipment bases recognized by the state, national enterprise technology center and enterprise postdoctoral workstation. Products cover all aspects of power systems such as power generation, transmission and distribution, and span the fields of primary and secondary equipment, AC and DC equipment.

500KV Jiangdu Substation is located in the northern suburb of Jiangdu City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 160 mu. It is an important hub substation of East China Power Grid. Jiangdu Substation is a national key project during the Seventh Five-Year Plan. 1985 was completed, 1987 was officially put into production on February 27th, and the second phase expansion project of 1999 was successfully completed. Jiangdu substation is an important substation connecting the north and south of the Yangtze River in East China's 500 kV power grid. Jiangdu Substation Now Jiangdu Substation has three voltage levels. 500KV adopts 3/2 switch connection mode, 220KV adopts double bus single section with bypass connection mode, and 35KV adopts single bus configuration mode. 500KV Jiangdu Substation is the throat of East China Power Grid and plays an indispensable role in the whole East China.
Substation is the place where the voltage and current of electric energy are converted, concentrated and distributed in the power system. 1, generation and transmission of electric energy
The thermal power generation system is mainly composed of combustion system (boiler as the core) and steam-water system (mainly composed of various pumps, water heaters, condensers, pipes, water walls, etc.). ), electrical system (mainly turbine generator, main transformer, etc. ), control system, etc. The first two generate high-temperature and high-pressure steam; The electrical system realizes the conversion of thermal energy and mechanical energy into electrical energy; The control system ensures the safe, reasonable and economical operation of each system. Simply put, it is to use the heat generated by fuel (coal) to heat water, form superheated steam with high temperature and high pressure, drive the gas turbine to rotate, and drive the rotor (electromagnetic field) of the generator to rotate. The stator coil cuts the magnetic field lines to generate electric energy, which is then raised to the system voltage by a step-up transformer, connected to the system and transported to the outside.
2. Electrical equipment
(1) High-voltage switchgear: High-voltage switchgear is the electrical cabinet equipment used in the power system. The function of high voltage switchgear is to open, close, control and protect the power system in the process of power generation, transmission, distribution and electric energy conversion. The components in high-voltage switchgear mainly include high-voltage circuit breaker, high-voltage isolating switch, high-voltage load switch and high-voltage operating mechanism.
(2) Low-voltage switchgear: power generation link: when the voltage changes from low voltage to high voltage, it is necessary to use switchgear to realize high-voltage transmission; Power distribution link: the voltage changes from high voltage to low voltage, and the switch cabinet is also necessary to realize low voltage power consumption.
(3) Transformer: The transformer uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to change the AC voltage. The main components are primary coil, secondary coil and iron core (magnetic core). In electrical equipment and wireless circuits, it is often used for voltage fluctuation, impedance matching, safety isolation and so on.
(4) Steam Turbine: A steam turbine is a rotating power machine that converts steam energy into mechanical work, also known as a steam turbine. Mainly used as the prime mover of power generation, it can also directly drive various pumps, fans, compressors and ship propellers, and can also use the exhaust steam or intermediate extraction of steam turbines to meet the heating needs in production and life.
(5) Voltage-current transformer: Voltage transformer is a transformer with iron core. It is mainly composed of primary and secondary coils, iron core and insulation. When the voltage U 1 is applied to the primary winding, a magnetic flux is generated in the iron core, and a secondary voltage U2 is generated in the secondary winding according to the law of electromagnetic induction.
Current transformer plays the role of converter and electrical isolation. It is convenient for secondary instrument measurement to be converted into relatively uniform current, which avoids the danger of direct measurement line. Current transformer is a step-up (step-down) transformer, and it is a sensor for measuring instruments, relay protection and other secondary equipment in power system to obtain current information of electrical primary circuit. The current transformer converts a large current into a small current in proportion. The primary side of the current transformer is connected to the primary system, and the secondary side is connected to the measuring instrument and relay protection.
3. Control equipment
(1)DCS control system
DCS (Distributed Control System) is an integrated control system with the continuous rise of modern large-scale industrial production automation and increasingly complex process control requirements. It is developed and evolved on the basis of centralized control system. It is the product of the combination of computer technology, system control technology, network communication technology and multimedia technology, and can provide friendly man-machine interface and powerful communication function. It is a modern equipment to complete process control and process management. Because DCS distributes the system control function on each computer and the system structure adopts fault-tolerant design, the failure of one computer will not lead to the loss of other functions of the system. In addition, because the tasks undertaken by each computer in the system are relatively simple, special computers with specific structures and software can be used for the functions to be realized, thus improving the reliability of each computer in the system. Secondly, DCS adopts open, standardized, modular and serial design, and all computers in the system communicate through LAN to realize information transmission. When it is necessary to change or expand the system functions, new computers can be easily connected to or removed from the system communication network, which will hardly affect the work of other computers in the system.
(2)PLC programmable controller
PLC mainly refers to the programmable logic controller of digital operation electronic system, which is used to control the production process of machinery. It is a kind of digital operation electronic equipment specially designed for industrial environment. It uses programmable memory to store instructions for performing logical operations, sequential operations, timing, counting and arithmetic operations, and can control various types of machines or production processes through digital or analog input and output.
