Secondly, the editing and format of references.
If you look up references and throw in a sentence or two when writing a paper, you will be impatient and irritable when writing a paper, because you have no idea at all, and you will bother the next paragraph after writing one paragraph. This is a vicious circle. This is still a small worry! If in the process, you forget to sort out which sentence is extracted from which article, and then go back to sort it out when you write the reference page, it will be in big trouble! At the same time, there are also very strict requirements on the format of references. When browsing articles, you can download collections or copy references. The format is complete and does not need to be modified, so it can be placed directly on the reference page.
Third, use page breaks.
If you want to insert different header, footer and page number formats in your document, you can insert page breaks and set different formats for each section.
Page breaks are not limited to this. Presumably the teacher has strictly reminded the students that there must be blank pages between chapters! At this point, we need to use page breaks to automatically go to the next page. I have to knock some students on the head and go to the next page before entering the car? Knock what enter? If you press Enter to go to the next page, once anything in front changes, everything in the back will change. Don't make such a stupid mistake!
Fourth, save it in time and make more backups.
I hope all students can form a good habit! With Ctrl+S, you can save your life at a critical moment of one second. Word is unreliable, Windows is unreliable, and computers are unreliable. Especially the students who write papers with notebooks in the school library, sometimes forget themselves, and the computer doesn't shut down automatically when there is no power! Moreover, I suggest that you back up frequently, and back up every day as much as possible. You just need to send the file to the WeChat file transfer assistant or email address. Sometimes dozens of pictures are piled up on the computer desktop, and the first draft, final draft, duplicate check report and other documents are also piled up together. Sometimes accidentally deleting one or two files is really a blow!
