The internship is summarized as follows.

1, the purpose of the internship

This kind of cognitive practice is a practical link on the basis of learning basic courses. Through the practice and observation in the factory production process, we further consolidated and deepened the theoretical knowledge learned in class, and combined theory with production practice, which laid the foundation for the study of professional knowledge, and made us have a preliminary understanding of flour, beverages, dairy products, functional health food, meat industry, food machinery processing and other enterprises.

Jilin Huarun Biochemical Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Jilin Ji Fa Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd., registered in Hong Kong from June 5438, 2002 to February 2002, and acquired 37.03% of the original largest shareholder of the company, becoming the largest shareholder of the company. In May 2003, the registered name of the company was changed to Jilin Huarun Biochemical Co., Ltd. ..

As a platform for China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd. to develop corn deep processing industry, the company is positioned in the deep processing of food processing, corn and other agricultural and sideline products as raw materials, with transportation, warehousing, packaging and technology development, information consultation and grain and oil distribution as its main business and corn deep processing as its core business. At present, the company holds 57. 136% equity of Huanglong Food Industry Co., Ltd., 49% equity of China Resources Tianxing Corn Industry Co., Ltd., 95% equity of Jilin China Resources Biochemical Corn Deep Processing Technology Development Co., Ltd. (National Engineering Research Center for Corn Deep Processing), 95% equity of Jilin China Resources Biochemical Modified Starch Co., Ltd. and 95% equity of Jilin China Resources Biochemical Packaging Co., Ltd., which are complete sets of corn deep processing. At present, the company's annual corn processing capacity is 950,000 tons. The main products are corn starch, corn protein feed, corn oil, spray-dried glucose syrup, modified starch, crystalline sugar, starch sugar, corn syrup and dry powder. The single-line corn processing capacity of the company ranks first in China, and its production technology, product quality, corporate reputation and market share have great influence on domestic and foreign markets. It is a leading enterprise in developing corn economy in Jilin Province.

The first stop of our internship was Jilin Huarun Biochemical Co., Ltd., and we visited the modified starch processing workshop and its laboratory. In the production workshop, technicians mainly introduced the whole process of modified starch processing and corn deep processing to us.

The production methods of modified starch mainly include wet method and dry method.

Wet process flow (1) slurry mixing and metering: starch (or starch milk) is mixed with clean process water to form starch milk with a specified concentration and metered. When using dry starch, the measurement is relatively simple, and it can be directly weighed or bagged. If starch milk is used, it needs to be converted after measuring the volume and concentration (pay attention to the influence of temperature on the volume). (2) denaturation: add the prepared starch milk into the reactor (tank), and carefully add chemicals under the conditions of constant stirring and certain slurry temperature (T) and PH value (some need to control pressure P). After a period of chemical reaction, the purpose of denaturation can be achieved. (3) Dilution and washing: firstly, the starch slurry after denaturation reaction is put into a dilution barrel and diluted with water, and then washed in a multi-stage cyclone separator (or separator, vacuum filter, filter press, etc.). ) to remove residual chemicals. 4) Dehydration: The concentration of modified starch milk after washing and concentration is about 19-2 1 Baume, and it can only be dried after dehydration. Centrifugal filters are often used for dehydration. 5) drying: drying the wet powder obtained by centrifugal dehydration (generally airflow drying) to make its moisture meet the requirements or standards of the product (generally, the moisture of the product is less than or equal to14%) (6) crushing and sieving; The dried materials are properly crushed and screened to meet the fineness requirements of the products, and then packaged and put into storage.
