The requirements for the publication of deputy director nurses' papers may be different in different provinces and different hospitals in the same province, depending on the requirements of specific units. First, provincial third-class hospitals and provincial public health institutions.

During his tenure, at least four academic papers were published by the first author or correspondent in the journals recognized by the provincial health senior title evaluation. Meet one of the following conditions at the same time:

1, won the second prize of provincial (ministerial) level scientific and technological progress and above, and was the top 5 finishers. Or have two provincial (ministerial) scientific research projects, as the first person to complete, the projects have been completed or passed the acceptance.

2. As the first two authors or correspondent authors, the published papers were included in SCI.

3. Be responsible for completing the standards issued by the Ministry of Industry of this major, or at least obtaining 1 invention patents (excluding utility model technology patents), and being recognized by peer experts (judges).

Two, provincial tertiary hospitals, municipal tertiary hospitals, municipal public health institutions.

During his tenure, there are at least 3 academic papers published as the first author or correspondent in the journals recognized by the provincial health senior title evaluation. Meet one of the following conditions at the same time:

1, won the third prize of provincial (ministerial) level scientific and technological progress award and above, and was the top 3 finishers. Or there are 1 provincial (ministerial) scientific research projects, with the top 2 completed, and the projects have been completed or passed the acceptance.

2. As the first two authors or correspondent authors, the published papers were included in SCI.

3. Be responsible for completing the standards issued by the Ministry of Industry of this major, or at least obtaining 1 invention patents (excluding utility model technology patents), and being recognized by peer experts (judges).

Three, other medical and health units

During his tenure, there are at least 3 academic papers published as the first author or correspondent in the journals recognized by the provincial health senior title evaluation. The contents of clinical practice assessment such as medical record analysis were added during the review.
