Shakuhachi, originally the bamboo wind music of Emperor Jiangzuo, was introduced to Japan in the Tang Dynasty. In a blink of an eye, shakuhachi gradually became popular in Japan, and it is still a major classical mainstream instrument. Not many people in China even know the existence of this instrument.

Xiao Sheng's flute music, a little contact with fans, can also be mentioned in one or two songs "Guan Shanyue" and "Spring to Xiangjiang River". Coupled with its traditional historical content and background, the full connotation of the national style immediately came to my face. As if wandering in the cultural treasures of the ancient rhyme of the river roll, its elegance and interest are beyond words.

But the corresponding shakuhachi is much more special, which is different.

Bian, a contemporary poet, once wrote a poem called shakuhachi. The content of his poems, like the shakuhachi when playing, is full of sadness.

The shakuhachi, much like Baudelaire's Flowers of Evil, has an indescribable sense of sadness and dignity.

Different from the solos of Xiao and Guqin, the improved shakuhachi, which was introduced to Japan, is mostly played by Zheng or Sanwei Line, with trio and duet, and few solos.

If you don't tell an audience in advance, let them listen to shakuhachi with both ears. I think his face must be dignified and not soothing.

I once heard a theory that every musical instrument has the most basic emotion. For example, the organ used in church places will make people feel sacred and solemn no matter how the style changes. The most prominent example is Bach's music.

I think shakuhachi is probably the same. The sound of shakuhachi is desolate but beautiful, ethereal and suffocating. Just like clusters of fragrant grass and flowers living in the deep mountains, it is difficult to feel bitter and beautiful without your heart.

In the impression of many people, the sound of piano and flute is mostly accompanied by an atmosphere of jubilation. Although not as grand and powerful as suona, it is also stingy. For example, the dulcimer's famous song "Spring to Qingjiang River" is clear and powerful, fast but not urgent, and it has quite a scene of spring returning to the earth and everything is full of vitality.

Coincidentally, shakuhachi also has its representative music, which is also related to spring, that is, our theme today is The Sea of Spring.

"Sea of Spring" is the first tune related to shakuhachi that I came into contact with.

As mentioned earlier, Japanese classical music mostly appears in the form of ensemble. This beautiful tune that fascinates countless listeners is the wonderful ensemble of Japanese guzheng and shakuhachi.

First of all, the slow guzheng leads to the main theme of shakuhachi, and then plays the role of accompaniment, interspersed between the music of shakuhachi from time to time, as if to soothe the sadness of shakuhachi.

The zither sound is transparent and clear, and the shakuhachi whimpers for a long time, but they are not contradictory, as if they are complementary, which makes people sigh and indulge.

Countless rainy nights, I sat in my chair with my eyes closed, listening to this elegant music, but I didn't feel that I had crossed the boundary of reality and escaped into the negative world of music.

The song is called "Sea of Spring", which provides me with an excellent artistic conception material.

The happy rain on spring night covers the whole sky and ocean, and the slender catkins look like waves under the rain, like ancient string sounds in my ears. Flexible and magnificent, swaying the sea clearly and forcefully, the stars fall on it and shine with the sky, playing an elegant movement.

In this world, I am a passer-by passing by, staring at the beautiful performance of nature by the coast alone.

The shakuhachi is the wind, and it seems that it will never stop wandering around and writing frustrated poems. This poem seems to pour out the pain of finding a bosom friend. If you listen attentively, you will feel * * *.

This evening wind, wet with rain, whimpered in the past and collided with the tidal waves that pushed it, which was even more sad. The waves symbolizing the sound of the piano tried to calm the sadness and whispers of the night wind. The shakuhachi raised the tone and the wind naturally became violent.

In this way, the waves and the wind seem to blend in one place, making it difficult for travelers to say clearly: Is it the waves that make the wind more violent, or is it the night wind that drives the wildness of the waves deep under the sea?

The rain has stopped and the wind is tired. At the end of the song, people dispersed, but there were only traces of calm.

The music stopped, but I still can't forget that sad experience in another world for a long time. When I opened my eyes, my hazy vision still kept flashing under the sea of spring night, as beautiful as a ukiyo-e painting.

Hesse once said: "If art and art circles don't burn like the sun, fly like a storm, and only value pleasure, comfort and a little happiness, it is worthless."

It is said that the author of this famous song defines "The Sea of Spring" in this way: the zither plays the sound of waves hitting ships, and the shakuhachi imitates the sound of seagulls. The last part, through asking and answering questions, ends slowly.

I have to say that Mr. Miyagi's creative skills are really amazing. It's really amazing to combine two musical instruments and give them an image.

The data also shows that Michio Miyagi was blind when he was young. To some extent, he felt the beauty of spring arrival through music. Listening to the sound of waves lapping on the shore, my ears painted the sea in the spring for the darkness in front of me, holding guzheng and shakuhachi in my hand.

I firmly believe that as long as you close your eyes and listen attentively to the wonderful ensemble of Zheng and shakuhachi, you will surely enter the sea of spring in Mr. Miyagi's mind under the guidance of melody.
