Her name is Jane Chicheng and she is the director of an animal shelter in Taiwan Province Province.

No one asked her how helpless she was in the face of those dogs that were not taken in.

No one asked her how anxious she was to see more and more dogs in the shelter.

No one asked her how sad she was when she euthanized those dogs.

Those so-called kind "dog lovers" easily wiped out all her efforts with a simple number and a simple sentence.

Those who call her a "female butcher" are full of humanity and morality. But have you ever been to a stray dog shelter? Have you ever lived in a yard full of shit for even one day? Have you ever built a kennel for them? Have you ever fitted them with artificial limbs?

I worked as a short-term volunteer in a stray dog shelter in college. I'm ashamed that I didn't persist. It is because I didn't persist that I admire those people who really love dogs.

There are about forty or fifty dogs in that shelter, big, small, with broken legs and eyes ... these are abandoned dogs, which are taken care of by a couple in their forties.

I clearly remember that standing at the door can smell the smell of feces, and the audio-visual images of dogs barking one after another are an impassioned symphony full of life.

There's not much we can do. The host doesn't trust us, so we can only do some simple sewing and washing. Both husband and wife don't like to talk, and the hostess is a bit fierce. In the busy interval, I can always hear her reprimand. Don't touch this or that.

What impressed me the most was a curly puppy, whose back half was supported by a wooden frame with two small wheels. As soon as it ran, its two short legs dragged the wheels and "Gollum, Gollum" happily scattered in the yard. I don't know how old he is, and I can't imagine how tragic the scene is when his two hind legs are broken. I just looked at the puppy in front of me. He can eat enough, have a stable home and run with two short legs. He's alive and happy.

And all this is given by these two taciturn couples. Maybe they will be forced to flee by the bad smell that occasionally fills their noses. Maybe they want to give up in the face of these dozens of mouths. Maybe they often complain to each other about leaving, but in the end, they have been there. I didn't ask them if they had children, but I think they gave all their love to these dogs, even though they were really noisy and abandoned.

If, one day, the shelter closes and the dogs are sent away, I think they must be very grateful. Sometimes, the animal world is simpler than the human world. They will remember who was kind to them and who gave up their lives for them, even if the final result is not satisfactory.

We can easily impose our own good and evil on others, and the rapid spread of information makes this "moral kidnapping" more violent.

There are always some people who like to show their kindness by condemning others, but this is not a deep condemnation of themselves, because they know they can't do it, because they know they can't.

However, please ask those "good people" who always stand on the so-called moral high ground and judge others at will to think for three seconds when speaking: Do I really understand the whole thing? Am I really qualified to criticize others? If I were you, what would I do? How far can I go?

If those so-called "animal lovers" can understand what kind of person Jane is before condemning her, then why did she do that? What kind of struggle she experienced when she did this, perhaps, such a tragedy would not have happened.

In other words, they only need to refer to the regulations of the shelter, and it is possible to accumulate virtue. Or perhaps, as "dog lovers", they actually understand, and it is precisely because they are too clear that they impose their anger on a kind woman.

At that moment, they forgot that they are also a mother, a son, a person who can think independently and have independent behavior ability. They didn't get to the bottom of it, didn't dig deep, just knocked on the keyboard so easily, simply and casually, thus ruining a young life.

Violence can destroy a person's spirit and soul more than behavior and language, which is more terrible than the executioner. It is ignorance to judge others' behavior without investigation. This ignorance is called kindness. After being infinitely magnified by the network, it will cause great mental harm to the recipients and let them go to hell.

After watching the movie "Search", the working girl who was found to be terminally ill just didn't want to give up her seat to an overbearing old man. After being deliberately magnified by the media, it triggered a huge "cyber violence." In the end, she was drowned in others' "ignorance and kindness".

We live in an era of high-speed operation, and the huge information input every day makes everyone impetuous. People no longer ask why. Everyone only believes what they see and what they want to see.

But what is "good" and what is "evil"? If you hurt others in order to flaunt your kindness, is it still kind?

All ignorant kindness is the greatest "evil". Confucius said, "Don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you." If we can't be kind to others, then at least, please don't criticize others at will. You never know how terrible the storm caused by the collision of your lips is, which is enough to drown everyone's reason and cause irreparable harm.
