Why do college students stay up late?
According to my experience in college life, I think there are three reasons why college students stay up late, namely, staying up late for entertainment, staying up late for study and being influenced by external factors.

First, the entertainment factor.

College life is relatively free, and students with insufficient self-control tend to indulge in games, novels, plays and other entertainment activities. As a lover of romance novels, I also stay up reading novels, and sometimes I decide to go to bed after watching them for another ten minutes, but it is difficult to act. After reading attractive novels, I can play games again, even small games can be enjoyed with relish, especially the next day is the weekend, and staying up late is even more unscrupulous. Playing mobile phones late at night will really stay up late, and the more you stay up late, the more energetic you will be. In order not to be bald, I think it is necessary to turn off my mobile phone early.

Although entertainment is interesting, baldness is even more terrible.

Second, learning factors.

If college life is not well planned or always delayed, staying up late at the end of the term will become a normal state. In my college life, the only time I stayed up late was to catch up on my thesis at the end of the term. I was deeply impressed by that experience. I was always worried that I would die suddenly in class in the morning. In fact, to be honest, my study efficiency of staying up late is very low. Sometimes I fall asleep when I study. I won't stay up studying unless I have to. Therefore, we should plan well at ordinary times and pay attention to the submission date of various assignments or papers. I hope I can stop staying up late to catch up on my homework next semester. I don't want to feel that pain anymore.

Ddl is really painful.

Third, other external factors.

Sometimes staying up late is not necessarily positive. There is a kind of staying up late called passive staying up late. The external influence of staying up late can be divided into two kinds, one is the influence of the environment, and the other is the influence of drinks.

When I was a freshman, I had a roommate who came home late occasionally, and then there was noise when I was washing, so I couldn't sleep at all. Another passive staying up late is the influence of tea. It was my sophomore year. I drank a cup of milk tea one night and couldn't sleep until three o'clock. Later, I didn't believe in evil, drank several times, and then had a cup of milk tea, which was full of energy. So be sure to stay away from coffee or tea before going to bed, otherwise it is very painful to want to sleep and not sleep.

A cup of milk tea is full of energy.

The above are some reasons for college students to stay up late. I hope all students can improve their self-control and stay up less for the sake of good health.
