I consulted many experienced class teachers before taking office. Cultivate and educate them, make them role models for their classmates, drive other students to keep forging ahead, and form correct collective public opinion and excellent class spirit.

In the process of producing class cadres, I think it is not advisable for teachers to replace them, which will definitely make class cadres lose their mass base and bring unnecessary difficulties to their future work. However, the simple so-called "democracy" allows students to make their own decisions completely, and some students tend to elect their "good friends" in order to get "care" in class management in the future, which is also insufficient. A better way should be to be democratic first and then centralized, that is, let students vote first, and then the teacher will weigh it. Practice has proved that, on the basis of democratic election, the class committee meeting, which is composed of class teachers, has won the trust and support of students and has a strong fighting capacity.
Class teachers should not only make good use of class cadres, but also educate and train class cadres. I often educate them to establish a sense of honor and responsibility for serving the collective, ask them to study hard, unite with their classmates, set an example, encourage them to work boldly, be strict and pay attention to their working methods. Of course, the elected cadres are not perfect after all, and we should not be too demanding and blaming them, especially when there are mistakes in our work. We should always check the work of the class committee and give specific guidance and help. It can neither replace everything, nor hand over all the work of the class to the class cadres themselves.
