Culture is the spirit and soul of a nation, and a powerful nation often has strong cultural self-confidence and national dignity, thus enhancing national cohesion and making this nation glow with strong creativity, so that the competition of comprehensive national strength in the world today is manifested in politics, military affairs, science and technology, culture and other aspects. In turn, the promotion of cultural soft power can boost the promotion of hard power, safeguard national security and social stability, enhance the national image and promote the all-round development of people. Culture represents national identity and national image. When young students finish their college studies, we should further enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, seize the rare opportunity and shoulder the heavy responsibility of rejuvenating China. To enhance China's cultural soft power, we should do the following:

1. To build a socialist core value system, its basic contents include a value system with the guiding ideology of Marxism as the soul, Socialism with Chinese characteristics as the theme, the national spirit and the spirit of the times as the essence, and the socialist concept of honor and disgrace as the basis, which is the essence of advanced socialist culture;

2. To inherit the traditional culture of China, we must fully understand the traditional culture and its value, dig deep into the essence of national culture, take its essence and discard its dross, make it adapt to the characteristics of the times, coordinate with modern civilization, and consciously realize the harmonious docking of national culture and modernization;

3. All ethnic groups can build a harmonious and diverse world cultural system through the collision and integration of cultures.
