Xu Hongbin, male, 1974 was born in Mi County, Henan Province in August. 1July, 1996, graduated from Tsinghua University Chemical Engineering Department, majoring in chemical engineering and technology; 65438+1July 1999, Master of Inorganic Chemical Engineering, Institute of Chemical Metallurgy, China Academy of Sciences (now Institute of Process Engineering); From June, 5438 to February, 2003, he obtained a doctorate in chemical technology from the Institute of Process Engineering, China Academy of Sciences, and then worked in the Institute. At present, he is a researcher, doctoral supervisor and leader of the research group of chemical metallurgical products engineering in the National Engineering Laboratory of Wet Metallurgy Cleaner Production Technology, Institute of Process Engineering, China Academy of Sciences, and Key Laboratory of Green Process and Engineering, China Academy of Sciences. He is also the deputy director of the Expert Committee of the Chromium Salt Branch of China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, and the deputy secretary-general of the Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Professional Committee.

As the main technical inventor, he put forward the clean process and integrated technology of chromium salt pressurized liquid phase oxidation and low-temperature hydrogen reduction, completed the whole process research and development task from laboratory test, industrial expansion test, engineering amplification to industrial operation, built the first set of 1,000-ton demonstration production equipment at home and abroad, and has now entered the stage of 20,000 tons/year industrial engineering design and implementation. Aiming at the solid wastes produced by chromium chemical industry, aluminum industry, vanadium industry and gold industry, and the high-salt and high-concentration organic wastewater and waste salt produced by evaporation and crystallization in fine chemical production, the overall solution of harmlessness, resource utilization and productization is put forward, and a series of key technologies have been developed, some of which have been applied in industry. The Technical Policy for Pollution Prevention and Control of Chromium Salt Industry was promulgated and implemented by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection on 20 15. It has successively undertaken more than one vertical project 10, such as major projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, national natural science foundation projects, 863 programs, national major water projects, environmental protection public welfare projects, STS regional key projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and national key research and development tasks, and undertaken or completed nearly 30 horizontal cooperation projects of large and medium-sized enterprises or local governments.
