1 Analysis on the Employment Situation of Physical Education Postgraduates

In today's fierce social competition, only all-round talents can better grasp the initiative. The most important thing for a country to prosper is the development of talents. At the same time, talent is also an important guarantee for a society's culture, civilization and economic progress. As high-level professionals, graduate students play an important role in the rapid development of society. The employment process of graduate students can intuitively test the allocation of high-level human resources.

1. 1 source of graduates

Through the integrated analysis of the graduate students who graduated from Jishou University in recent three years, the graduate students who graduated in 20 13, 20 14, 20 15 years are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, there are 49 rural graduates in recent three years, accounting for .41%of the total; The number of people from cities and towns is 70, accounting for 59% of the total number. Among these students, it can be seen from 20 13 that more urban students are admitted to graduate schools, while in 20 14 and 20 15, urban students and rural students account for 50% respectively.

1.2 Employment rate

The employment situation of the graduates majoring in physical education in the 20th13, 20th14 and 20th15 sessions of the School of Physical Education of Jishou University is statistically analyzed, as shown in Table 2.

It can be clearly seen from the table that the employment rate of postgraduates majoring in physical education in Jishou University in recent three years is still very high, with more than 70% employed and only a dozen unemployed.

1.3 Employment occupation

Professional master is a training method adopted by the state to train high-level employment talents, with the aim of cultivating all-round talents who can engage in various sports work. Most of the receiving units of sports masters are institutions of higher learning, teaching and training institutions, and a small number of them flow to national grass-roots units, troops and government agencies. According to the investigation on the nature of employment units, the employment units of the three-year graduates majoring in physical education are mainly distributed in institutions of higher learning and other institutions related to teaching and training, with 47 in institutions of higher learning and 32 in other teaching units, accounting for 66.3% of the total number, of which 5 work in institutions and 9 in enterprises. 14 did not find employment units when they graduated.

1.4 urban and rural employment distribution

As can be seen from the source of graduates in table 1, half of the graduate students majoring in physical education come from rural areas and half from Cheng Zhen. Jishou University is located at the junction of four provinces, with rapid social and economic development. The rhythm, development and cultural environment of urban life are the main factors that attract students from rural areas to urban life. Judging from the urban and rural distribution of the employment of the three graduates after Jishou, most graduate students choose to work in cities after graduation. There are 78 people, accounting for 74.2% of the total population, while 2/kloc-0 people choose to work in towns and villages, accounting for 20% of the total population, and only 6 people work in rural areas, accounting for 4% of the total population. Only a small number of students from cities return to their original places after completing their master's degrees, while some students from rural areas choose to return to cities for employment after graduation. However, the enthusiasm of graduate students for urban work has also caused great pressure on urban employment.

2 Analysis of factors affecting the employment of sports graduate students

2. 1 Impact of social demand on employment

Since China's reform and opening up, the social and economic structure has entered a transitional period, and the occupational differentiation has become more and more detailed. Therefore, the rapid development of specialization at this time conforms to the social demand for talents and meets the demand for high-level practical talents in China's economic construction. Cities and towns need such talents. Comparatively speaking, cities and towns urgently need high-level applied talents. Most of the jobs that cities can provide are primary and secondary school teachers or administrative posts. As practical talents in the new era, their employment trend should be to develop in colleges and universities. The demand for professional masters in colleges and universities in remote areas is much greater than that in cities, but the different culture, economy and environment in big cities are important factors to attract graduate students to work in cities. If the country wants professional graduate students to go to the grassroots level and make contributions to education, it should introduce stronger and more attractive policies to attract graduate students to work or start businesses at the grassroots level.
