Research direction: In contemporary society, intellectual property has gradually become the core of international trade, especially after the signing of the TRIPs Agreement. Therefore, when developing a country's (or a city's) international trade, it is particularly necessary to understand intellectual property issues from a strategic perspective. The problem of intellectual property rights is mainly reflected in two aspects: utilization and protection. China (or Shaoxing) has made some achievements in these two aspects, but it needs to be further improved. The development of China (Shaoxing) international trade is inseparable from the formulation of intellectual property strategy, including the strategy of intellectual property utilization and the strategy of intellectual property protection in international trade.
