What is the most correct paper format?
According to China people and national standard GB77 13-87, the paper is required to be "practical and concise"; "Terminology" should be standardized and never invented; Pay attention to the argument and be clear.

The number of words in the graduation thesis shall not be less than 10000 words.

1. Internal seal

The title should accurately express the research content, professional characteristics and specific content of the legal subject category of the paper. Generally controlled within 25 Chinese characters, which can be supplemented by subtitles.

2. Summary

In order to provide an overview of the article, we should focus on the new content of the article and the author's special emphasis. Need to refine summary, objective statement, independent writing, avoid similar terms, about 200 words. The entity words in foreign language abstracts are about 150, and 3-5 keywords are appropriate.

Abstract: "Abstract" is centered in bold type No.4, and the contents are displayed in blank lines. The content is a small four-character song, and the first line is indented by two words. There is a blank line after the abstract. "Keyword" is in small four bold, followed by the keyword (small four song style), with semicolons between keywords, and no punctuation marks after the last keyword.

The formats of English abstracts and keywords correspond to the formats of Chinese abstracts. The font is Times new Roman and the title is in capital letters.

3. Content

The table of contents is based on the three-level title (1...; ( 1) ...; 1.……)。 The title of the table of contents should be clear and consistent with the title of the text. The "Table of Contents" is centered in bold type No.3, and the lower space is the third-level title and the starting page number, and the fourth ditty.

4. The body part

The full text includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The text can be divided into several chapters as needed. The first-level title of each chapter is in bold type No.3, the second-level and third-level titles are in bold type No.4, and the content is in song style No.4. The first line is indented.

The introduction should explain the significance, purpose and research scope of this topic; Briefly describe the development and existing problems of this topic at home and abroad; Explain the guiding ideology of this topic; Briefly describe the main problems to be solved in this topic.

The text is the author's detailed description of the research work. Take the argument as the center and take the argument as the basis to form a complete and rigorous content whole.

Layout format

Both typesetting and simplified characters published by the State Commission for Economic Restructuring are used. A4, the settings of page top, bottom, left, right, binding line, header and footer are: 3. 1, 2.8, 3. 17, 2.5, 0, 2. 1, 1.9 cm, respectively. Single-sided printed cover adopts the unified format of the school.

(3) Nouns and names

The terminology of scientific and technological terms should adopt the standardized terms published by the National Natural Science Terminology Examination Committee or the names specified in national standards and ministerial standards as far as possible. For terms that are not uniformly defined or whose names are controversial, the usual names can be used. When foreign abbreviations first appear, their meanings should be indicated in brackets, such as CPU (Central Processing Unit). Foreigners' names are generally given in English, and English names are written according to the principle of first name and last name, such as P.Cray.

(4) Numbers

Measurement and statistical data shall be in Arabic numerals. When describing small numbers, it is generally not appropriate to use Arabic numerals. For example, "the house is owned by three people" should not be written as "the house is owned by three people". The approximate number of people can be written in Chinese or Arabic numerals, such as "about 150 people" or "about 150 people".
