Logical ppt template-how to draw the logic of PPT well
How does PPT Xiaobai make an amazing logic diagram? There are many ways to make logic diagrams by PPT, and several cores need to be mastered:

Whether the content is suitable for making logical diagrams, so concise vocabulary is needed. Don't pile up words, it looks tired but counterproductive;

The logic diagram is bright in color and needs to give people the same feeling as before;

(3) Animation should not be gaudy, but should be in order to achieve the purpose of guidance.

Master the above ideas and learn to refer to the office resource chart. Don't be too hard on yourself yet. The first step is to get started, and then create when you are proficient!

How to draw the logic diagram of PPT 1? Click smartart diagram in the Insert tab.

2. Select the relationship in the highlighted panel, and then select the desired diagram in the middle box.

After selection, you can enter the content. If you want to add a new relationship, you can right-click it and choose Add Shape.

The logic of slide presentation In the process of slide presentation, we usually follow a demonstration logic, that is, what is introduced first, and then what is introduced. Good logic can create a buzz between the speaker and the audience and make the audience accept the speaker's point of view. There are two kinds of common academic PPT presentation logic, namely tree logic and linear logic. In fact, it is not just academic PPT. It can be said that all PPT demonstrations can be simply divided into the above two kinds of demonstration logic.

This paper will introduce the differences between these two demonstration logics and their respective trial environments with examples.

Tree logic and linear logic

Tree logic: a kind of logic commonly used in thesis defense and academic report (because it is usually the same as the thesis outline), which is actually the logic of total score. Each part is independent of each other, even if the order is reversed, it will not affect the demonstration logic;

Linear logic: Like the narrative technique of a movie, we can achieve our goal through layers of bedding and comparison. In this logic, the parts complement each other, and the change of order will affect the demonstration logic.

Demonstration of using tree logic and its advantages and disadvantages

Take the launch of Apple 20 16 and 10 as an example. This conference is the second time on 20 16, with little content. Here as an example is more intuitive. I used MindNode to organize the contents of the whole conference, as shown below.

At this conference, Apple talked about three things: the new functions of AppleTV, the release of TV applications and the release of new Mac products. The three contents are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other. However, the order between the three contents is still particular: start with the existing AppleTV, then introduce TV, and put the most important new Mac products at the end. The most important thing in this conference is the update of the Mac product line. If you put it in the first place, many people may turn off the computer directly after the introduction and give up the content, which is obviously not what the speaker wants to see.

It can be seen that the tree display logic is to display the content in blocks, and each block is independent of each other, rational and objective. Moreover, the fault tolerance rate is high, because a module has problems, the next link can be adjusted in time, and all contents will not be affected.

However, this logic is not easy to resonate with the audience. Moreover, if the content of the presentation is far more than three modules, it is difficult for the audience to remember all the content. After the whole demonstration, they often only remember the last few modules. Therefore, when designing slides, we should pay attention to the use of transition pages. Before each module begins, we should inform the audience of what we have said before, and constantly strengthen the audience's memory. (Please refer to the figure below for the transition page. )

The use of linear logic and its advantages and disadvantages demonstration

Here, let's take Apple's classic launch conference: Apple's first iPhone launch conference in 2007 as an example. Master Joe witnessed this great moment with the audience.

This demonstration adopts linear logic, starting with the shortcomings of existing smart phones, and each part is compared with iPhone. During the whole demonstration, the existing "smart" mobile phone and iPhone appear alternately. Every time a "smart" mobile phone appears, the audience will laugh, and every time an iPhone solution makes the audience applaud. This linear logic fully embodies the advantages of the original iPhone, and the audience fully remembers this revolutionary product.

The above picture is the linear logic diagram of this conference. This way of presentation is interlocking and gradually pushes the demonstration to a climax. The speaker constantly compares the existing mobile phones on the market with the iPhone to highlight the good of the iPhone and the bad of other mobile phones.

Another example is Luo Yonghao's introduction of Iflytek's voice at the 20 16 hammer new product launch conference.

Introduction background: Smartphones have gradually become the mainstream operating devices;

Difficulties: However, there are many problems in inputting editing text by mobile phone;

Adding value: if these problems can be solved, it will be a big step in the evolution of smart phones;

How to solve it: Iflytek, BigBang, OneStep.

The example proves that three functions (or software) have been demonstrated on the spot.

Jobs and Lao Luo's demonstrations are textbook-level cases of linear demonstration logic. One is the prominent linear logic, and the other is the cinematic linear logic of "start-bear-turn-close". It can be seen that this kind of demonstration is more emotional, rational and convincing. The disadvantage is that it is slightly more difficult and needs to control the rhythm. If the car can't stop at every link, let out the emotions that have been paved in front.

Choice of two kinds of demonstration logic

In fact, there is no strong boundary between these two kinds of argumentation logic. It is more convenient to use tree logic for academic argumentation (according to the outline of the paper), and the occasion itself does not need to interact with the audience. It is more reasonable to use linear logic in the demonstration of product launch class (you need to highlight your own products). As I said before, these two logics do not conflict. This paper mainly introduces their respective characteristics, and everyone must use them in combination with the actual situation.
