(1) Procedures for the holder and the drawer to open an account in the same bank.

1. The bank accepts the cheque deposited by the holder.

When a bank accepts checks and drafts submitted by holders in duplicate, it shall strictly examine their contents.

(1) Authenticity audit. Specifically, it includes: whether the check is a uniformly printed voucher; Whether the bearer recorded in the cheque has opened an account in this bank, whether the bearer's name is the bearer, and whether it is consistent with the name on the bill; Whether the signature of the drawer conforms to the provisions and is consistent with the signature of the reserved bank; If a password is used, whether the password is correct; Prompt whether the payment period exceeds.

(2) Normative review. Specifically, it includes: whether the amount of words and figures of the check is consistent with the amount of the bill; Whether there is enough money in the drawer's account; Whether the items that must be recorded on the check are complete, whether the amount, date and payee's name of the check have been changed, and whether other changes have been signed by the original recorder.

(3) Review of endorsement. Specifically, it includes: whether the cheque transferred by endorsement is transferred within the prescribed scope, whether the endorsement is continuous, whether the signature is in line with the regulations, and whether the note used for endorsement is signed at the binding place according to the regulations; Does the endorser endorse the entrusted collection on the back of the check?

After the check is correct, the check will be used as the debit voucher and the second receipt will be used as the credit voucher for the transfer. The first copy of the bill is stamped with the transfer stamp and handed to the holder as a notice of receipt.

The bank accepts the cheque sent by the drawer.

When the drawer sends a check to the bank, he shall fill in a triplicate and send it to the bank where the account is opened together with the check. The bank will still conduct the audit according to the content of the audit, and the account will be handled correctly. After the transfer, the first copy of the bill is stamped with the transfer stamp and handed over to the drawer as a receipt; After the third bill is stamped with the transfer stamp, it will be handed over to the payee as a collection notice.

(two) the procedures for the holder and the drawer to open an account in different places.

1. The holder's bank accepts the cheque deposited by the holder.

When the holder's bank receives the cheque and bill of lading deposited by the holder, it will stamp the bill of lading as "recorded after receipt" and hand it over to the holder with the transfer stamp. The cheque will be cashed in time in accordance with the relevant regulations on the exchange of bills in the same city. After the refund time, the bill of lading will be used as a credit voucher for the transfer. After the drawer's bank receives the exchanged cheque, it also checks the contents of the cheque in accordance with the above provisions and transfers the cheque as a debit voucher. If the cheque is bounced, the drawer's bank should treat it as "other receivables"; The holder's bank is treated as "other payables".

2. The drawer's bank accepts the cheque issued by the drawer.

After receiving the transfer cheque and triplicate submitted by the drawer, the drawer's bank will handle the transfer with the cheque as the debit voucher after checking according to the above requirements. The first bill is stamped with the transfer stamp and handed over by the drawer as a receipt; After the second and third bills are sealed, they shall be exchanged in time in accordance with the relevant provisions on the exchange of bills in the same city.

After receiving the exchanged second and third bills, the payee's bank will handle the transfer with the second bill as the credit voucher. Three, the receipt stamped with the transfer seal, to the payee as a collection notice.
