Article 1 China Bonsai Artists Association is a high-level academic group of bonsai art, and it is the center for the creation and theoretical research of bonsai art by following and implementing the socialist cultural and artistic line, principles and policies of China.
Article 2 China Bonsai Artists Association adheres to the Four Cardinal Principles, and under the guidance of the policy of letting a hundred flowers blossom, aims to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of China Bonsai artists, and strive to engage in innovation and theoretical research of Bonsai art, so that Bonsai art can better play its social, economic and environmental benefits, and strive to gradually become a first-class bonsai art power in China.
Article 3 The tasks of China Bonsai Artists Association are:
1. In order to realize "renewing ideas, grasping opportunities, carrying forward the past and forging ahead into the future, striving for innovation, and creating bonsai art with both national characteristics and the spirit of the times".
2. Research from both theoretical and practical aspects, and strive to achieve the goals set by the development direction of bonsai art research.
3. Study the development history of bonsai art, sum up experience, conduct theoretical exploration, and establish the theoretical system of bonsai art in China.
4. Further study bonsai aesthetics and painting theory to guide bonsai art creation.
5. Absorb and popularize the new achievements of modern science and technology and apply them to the modeling and cultivation of bonsai.
6. Investigate and develop bonsai resources.
7. Organize bonsai exhibitions and academic exchanges at home and abroad, and carry out friendly exchanges between bonsai art groups and enthusiasts at home and abroad.
8. Study the development trend of bonsai at home and abroad, and reform and promote the development of bonsai art in China.
9. Research and promote the commercial production of bonsai in China.
10, develop bonsai education and cultivate bonsai art talents.
Chapter II Members
Article 4 Anyone who recognizes the articles of association, participates in the activities of the association, has good conduct and meets the following two conditions may apply for membership of the association.
1, won excellent results in the national bonsai exhibition.
2. Those who have published or published influential bonsai art papers in national journals.
3. The representative figures of local schools and styles recognized by bonsai circles.
4. Be good at organizing and leading the work and contribute to the development of bonsai.
Membership requires my application and two members' introduction. Fill in the application form and attach 3~5 photos of the paper as required. After being audited by the supervision team, you can participate in the activities of grassroots groups. After six months to a year's inspection, you can be approved to become a member of this association.
Article 5 Rights and obligations of members
1. Rights: Have the right to vote and stand for election in this Council; Have the right to criticize and suggest the work of this association; Have the right to participate in all activities organized by the association; You are free to leave, but you must go through all the formalities in accordance with the regulations before you can leave.
2. Abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions and plans of the association, complete the tasks assigned by the association, pay membership fees, participate in activities and study hard. Constantly improve, unite and cooperate, do not seek personal gain, and often report the situation to this Council.
Chapter III Organization
Article 6 The highest authority of this Association is the National Congress of its members. Its duties are:
First of all, discuss and decide the working principles, tasks and plans of this association.

Four. Elect a new Council
Article 7 When the members' congress is not in session, the Council shall, in accordance with the articles of association and the resolutions of the National Members' Congress, lead and implement the work of the plenary session, and its duties are:
First, implement the resolutions of the National Congress of Members.
Two, formulate work plans, plans and rules and regulations.
Three, leading the business work, organizing various activities.
Fourth, prepare for the next member congress.
Article 8 The Standing Council shall be elected by the Council. When the Council is not in session, the Standing Council shall exercise its functions and powers.
The Board of Directors elected 65,438+0 president, several vice presidents (including 65,438+0 executive vice president), 65,438+0 secretary general (the deputy secretary general was selected by the secretary general), several members of the monitoring group, several honorary presidents, several consultants and several invited directors.
Under the unified leadership of the Standing Council, the chairman and vice-chairman shall be responsible for the division of collective leadership.
There are several professional research committees under the Standing Council: namely, the tree bonsai art research committee, the landscape bonsai art research committee, the bonsai art comprehensive research committee, the bonsai pot rack research committee and the international bonsai affairs committee.
The Secretariat consists of four functional departments: scientific research, education, development and organization.
The person in charge of each professional research committee is concurrently the vice president. The heads of various functional departments of the Secretariat shall be appointed by the Secretary-General and reported to the Standing Council for approval.
Article 9 Local associations are business branches of this Association and have business guidance relations with this Association. They are all "group member units" of this association.
Article 10 The Council has the right to award honorary titles to those who have made significant contributions to the innovative research of bonsai art, and to reward those who have achieved outstanding research results.
Chapter IV System
Article 11 The Council of the Association shall be re-elected every five years; The National Congress of Members is held every five years; The Council meets every two years; The Permanent Council meets once a year; The Research Committee meets once a year, and the functional departments of the Secretariat meet once a quarter. Various meetings can be postponed or held in advance according to the situation.
Twelfth scientific research work to implement the "target plan responsibility system", according to the development direction of bonsai art to set goals, formulate five-year plans and annual plans. The topic selection should be combined with "designated" and "optional".
Thirteenth establish a supervision system, set up a "supervision group", responsible for regular inspection of members and leaders at all levels, review the applicants for membership, and put forward opinions and suggestions. And supervise the economic income and expenditure of the association.
Fourteenth practice economic democracy, and be responsible for reviewing and supervising all economic revenues and expenditures of the Association.
Chapter V Discipline
Fifteenth strict implementation of national policies and decrees, integrity, and oppose abuse of power for personal gain.
Article 16 The Association for the Rule of Law shall carry out its activities under the guidance of the Four Cardinal Principles and the policy of letting a hundred flowers blossom. Strictly abide by the articles of association, and gradually move towards standardization and institutionalization.
Seventeenth management committee to implement democratic management. Adhere to democratic centralism. Oppose arbitrariness, all activities carried out in the name of the association must be approved by the president, and major issues shall be discussed and decided by the Standing Council.
Chapter VI Funds
Article 18 The sources of funds of the Association are mainly various undertakings and consulting services of the Association, membership dues paid by members and subsidies from various departments, units and individuals.
Chapter VII Procedures for Amendment and Termination of Articles of Association
Article 19 Amendments to the Articles of Association shall be made at every general election of the board of directors, or after more than two thirds of the directors put forward their opinions and instructions from their superiors, which shall be discussed and approved by the board of directors.
Article 20 The procedures for the termination of the Articles of Association are as follows: The Articles of Association shall be terminated after two-thirds of the directors or two-thirds of the members put forward their opinions and the board of directors discussed and approved them.
The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of adoption.
