First of all, the company should attach importance to the quality management team activities under the new situation. QC group activities are the conscious behavior of the company. Winning by quality depends on the overall improvement of employees' quality and the joint efforts of all employees, and QC team is an effective form to realize the participation of all employees in quality improvement. Carrying out QC group activities extensively is an important measure to run the enterprise well by relying on all employees, and also an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. The water supply company is in poor operating condition, so the company leaders should attach great importance to it, enthusiastically support it and actively guide it, and regard it as the key factor for the success of the company. Relevant departments of waterworks should widely mobilize employees to participate in QC group activities, and do a good job of guidance, help and promotion.
