When I first entered the university, I crossed the first hurdle of my life-the college entrance examination, which was full of joy and bitterness. Everything is mixed, however, it always ends. The old door closed and a new one opened. When I volunteered, I chose Beijing, a place with too many auras and far from home. This is a challenge for me who has never left my hometown. In a person's life, every time he enters a new environment, he will encounter a series of new problems and some new contradictions that will inevitably be encountered in the process of growing up, and I am no exception. At first, I was confused and ignorant. Lonely and helpless. After the mental health education class, I don't understand the concept, values and outlook on life of health, and I am out of confusion. The wisdom of human growth inspires us that the contradiction in growth is the power to promote us to learn new things and acquire new adaptability. Only by establishing a correct outlook on health and life can we master the methods of correctly understanding society, culture and self, learn to plan our college life effectively, adapt to the environment as soon as possible, accept new challenges, and embark on the road to success with a clear understanding, positive attitude and tenacious will. From the psychology class, I learned that health is the first wealth in life. Mental health is the foundation of academic achievement, career success and happy life. Mental health is an extension of the concept of mental health. Mental health usually refers to a positive mental state, while mental health refers to all activities to maintain mental health and the knowledge to study mental health. Mental health refers to having normal intelligence, positive emotions, moderate emotions, harmonious interpersonal relationships, good personality, strong will and mature psychological behavior. Mental health is closely related to one's achievement, contribution and success. Mental health is the foundation of college students' success. However, in reality, I still have a lot of pressure. It is difficult to adapt to the loneliness when I first arrived in a foreign land, to the challenges of other outstanding students, and to the pressure and inadaptability of schoolwork. So I turned to the internet and books to find out where the psychological pressure came from and how to eliminate it. I summed up that the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of the goal of the socialist market economic system have greatly affected our thoughts, concepts, psychology and behavior. As a social group with a high level of knowledge, college students are often the first to keenly feel the impact of social change. However, in the face of social changes, they sometimes feel confused and difficult to adapt, and some college students with poor psychological quality are prone to psychological obstacles. At the same time, judging from the growth of college students, college students belong to adolescence, and their physical development is basically completed. However, psychological research shows that the contradiction of college students' physical and mental development in this period is the most prominent, and the most basic contradiction they face is the contradiction of self-awareness. Their ideal "I" always lags behind the real "I", and self-affirmation and self-denial appear alternately, with sharp inner contradictions and disharmony between psychology and behavior. In addition, judging from the education received by college students, school education does not attach importance to the cultivation of their psychological quality. China's educational policy is to cultivate useful talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique. However, when we talk about moral education, we often pay attention to the cultivation of ideological quality, but ignore the adjustment of personality and emotion; When talking about intellectual education, we pay attention to the level of IQ, but ignore the development of ability; When talking about sports, we pay attention to the improvement of physical quality, but ignore the improvement of psychological quality. Therefore, students have poor psychological endurance, lack of guidance and unsatisfactory psychological quality. So, how to eliminate it? I have tried several methods, one of which is shouting to relieve stress, and the effect is not bad, as long as you pay attention to choosing the right venue and don't disturb others. The second is the exercise solution, which mainly diverts attention through a lot of exercise and reduces stress through physical exertion. The third is the destruction method, which relieves stress by throwing things, tearing paper and other destructive behaviors. This method needs to master the scale to prevent it from developing into a destructive patient. So, what are the professional methods in psychology? 1. Improve college students' ideological quality through positive education, so that they can overcome the negative influence of personality mentality. To effectively relieve the psychological pressure of college students, the most important thing is to persistently educate them on the basic principles of Marxism and outlook on life, help them establish a scientific and correct world outlook and outlook on life, improve their ideological quality, enhance their psychological endurance, help them master Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods, and learn to analyze and understand problems with scientific, comprehensive and developing viewpoints and methods. Overcome one-sidedness, arbitrariness, emotional extremes and stubbornness, learn psychological self-regulation, self-evaluation, self-education and self-supervision realistically, treat the surrounding environment and life setbacks correctly, and avoid indulging in trivial matters or being troubled by unnecessary troubles. 2. Actively carry out mental health education and counseling. Psychological counseling education is an effective form to help students overcome psychological barriers in some colleges and universities in recent years, and it also has the function of prevention. Psychological counseling activities aim at the psychological crisis and load of clients in terms of students, work, life, diseases and health care, and provide them with timely and effective help and enlightenment education through language, literature and other media to improve their adaptability and alleviate their psychological tension and conflict. Psychological counseling education can also play a preventive role for college students who have never had psychological barriers. 3. Organize rich extracurricular activities to promote college students' physical and mental health. A healthy after-school life can make people happy, gain friends, enhance friendship and reduce the tension caused by stress. Therefore, schools should organize a variety of extracurricular activities, such as various cultural and sports activities, academic lectures, social practice, voluntary service, etc. This will not only enable college students to exercise and broaden their knowledge, but also enhance their confidence and courage in coping with pressure to a certain extent and promote their healthy development. Does the relaxation of psychological pressure mean our mental health? Some friends may say that mental health is mental health. In fact, there is nothing wrong with this answer, but it is not comprehensive. Here, I borrow the definition of mental health issued by the World Health Organization: The so-called mental health refers to the development of a person's mental state to the best physical, intellectual and emotional state within the scope of not contradicting the mental health of others. In fact, generally speaking, mental health means that the body, intelligence and emotions are very coordinated and can adapt to the environment. In other words, when you go to a strange place, you can quickly adapt to the new environment and new life, and have strong self-adjustment ability. For example, I felt very uncomfortable when I first came to Beijing, but I am much better now. In addition, I think mental health also includes the ability to accommodate each other in interpersonal relationships. For example, between our dormitory and classmates, we live in harmony and help each other. In fact, the most important point is that mental health is happiness. The so-called happiness refers to people's overall and positive evaluation of their quality of life according to internalized social standards. It is also a comprehensive evaluation of people's satisfaction with life and its various aspects, and the resulting positive emotions dominate the psychological state. Martin seligman, the "father of positive psychology" at the University of Pennsylvania, said that this can be summarized as: happiness+participation+intention = happiness. I agree with this view, I am happy, I participate, I achieve my goal, so I am happy and I succeed. This is a philosophy of life and a principle of doing things, which I hope can be used for reference. In a word, I learned a lot from psychology class and applied it to my life. Now I am no longer confused, depressed or unhappy. I know everything is around us. I hope everyone can relieve their psychological pressure, enrich their inner world and feel happy.
