The list of blind sample evaluation is randomly selected by the graduate school in March and June each year, recorded in the academic degree evaluation committee office of the school and each college respectively, and published on the website of the graduate school. The proportion of blind sample evaluation is calculated according to the expected number of degree applicants in the current year. Different types of degree applicants are selected according to the following proportion.

Under the unified leadership of the school academic degree evaluation committee, the blind evaluation work is jointly implemented by the graduate school and the degree evaluation sub-committee. Among them, the graduate school is responsible for the blind evaluation of doctoral and part-time master applicants; The sub-committee is responsible for the blind evaluation of full-time graduate thesis before the defense, and the graduate school is responsible for the blind evaluation after the defense.

The school academic degree evaluation committee meeting is usually held in June and 65438+February every year. Within 30 working days before the meeting, blind evaluation and additional evaluation of dissertation will not be accepted; Degree applicants should go through the formalities of blind evaluation of papers at least 60 working days before the meeting. The graduate school sends it out for review twice a year in March, each time 1 time, and the rest time can be handled as appropriate; Each sub-committee may, according to the actual situation of the work, reasonably arrange the time for acceptance and submission.

Non-state secret dissertations should participate in blind evaluation before and after the defense according to the requirements of blind evaluation scope. Applicants for all kinds of classified dissertations should properly handle the classified research results in dissertations. Applicants for doctoral and master's dissertations should submit relevant materials according to the notices issued by the academic degree offices and colleges in each semester. Blind evaluation is evaluated by the degree evaluation sub-committee entrusted by the graduate school or related schools, the authoritative degree thesis evaluation platform or experts in related disciplines. Each paper is judged by three experts. Postgraduate tutors can put forward no more than three lists of avoidance experts.

If the expert group's evaluation opinion denies the opinions of the original reviewers, or the evaluation results of two external reviewers are all passed, the applicant's blind evaluation result is deemed to be passed. Previous review opinions, review opinions issued by the expert group or other two review opinions shall be submitted to the defense committee, college branch and academic degree evaluation committee for reference when discussing whether to grant the applicant a degree.
