Design of electric control system of punch based on PLC
The system is designed based on PLC, which mainly includes this overview; Electrical control principle; Hardware and software design of the machine; Operation and fault description. The key is the electrical principle of hardware, the selection of components and the design of software. This design adopts FX2N series programmable controller of Mitsubishi Corporation, and adopts step command and state programming method in software programming, and realizes the operation control of the machine through PLC programming. This design includes brick returning to the original point, skipping and fully automatic working mode designed according to task requirements, and also involves technology. The PLC design and peripheral wiring of the control panel make the panel control PLC control the hardware, and the whole control process is complete.
