If there are major changes in your topic ideas after the topic is opened, rewrite the topic outline; If it is not rewritten, the graduation thesis will be inconsistent with the opening outline (before revision). The key is that the graduation thesis should be consistent with the revised ideas. This is the case with my doctoral thesis. My graduation thesis is not the topic I wrote at the beginning. Whether the graduation thesis meets the graduation requirements is not based on the topic outline.
