Finally, a fuzzy analysis model based on analytic hierarchy process is established. The legal and regulatory departments, administrative service departments and internal departments of the real estate agency can refer to this model to evaluate the credibility and purchase consultation of the real estate agency according to its situation, business situation, social effect and internal situation.
