The circumstances of such cases shall be calculated according to the two-year statute of limitations stipulated in the General Principles of the Civil Law. If the expiration date of the limitation of action is before 20 17 10 1, the limitation of action shall apply for two years, that is, the limitation of action has expired.

If the calculated expiration date of the limitation of action is after 20 17 10 1, that is, if it crosses the implementation date of the general principles of civil law, the limitation of action of three years shall apply.

For example, Party A lent Party B RMB 654.38+million, the loan term was 20 1 July 5 1 day, and the statute of limitations was two years before 201July 7+00/day.
