Candidates who have completed the examinations and assessments of the prescribed courses and passed the examination can apply for graduation. The procedure is as follows: (1) Candidates will go to the local county (district) examination office to go through the graduation registration formalities within the specified time (June and1early February) with their ID cards, all admission tickets, single subject certificate, notice of practical test (thesis defense) results, exemption certificate, approval form for undergraduate education. If the ID card, admission ticket, reference library and graduation registration name are inconsistent, the original certificate of the public security household registration management department and the household registration book shall be submitted. ? (2) Candidates should carefully fill in the graduate registration form (all in blue or black ink), with clear and neat handwriting and the column of self-identification. Candidates should sum up their political thoughts, work (production) achievements, attitudes towards self-study and so on, and fill them in truthfully. ? (3) the ideological and moral assessment, on-the-job personnel by the unit responsible for non-on-the-job personnel by the neighborhood offices or township (town) people's government. Candidates who have one of the following circumstances are deemed to have failed the ideological and moral assessment: those who oppose the leadership of China's * * * production party and the socialist motherland; ? Poor quality, moral corruption, repeated education; ? During the period when a criminal is serving his sentence or deprived of his political rights through reeducation through labor. ? Candidates who fail the ideological and moral examination will be issued with graduation certificates and re-examined one year later. Those who pass the exam will be awarded graduation certificates.
