Through years of hotel work experience, the author personally felt the importance of personalized service in hotel application. Personalized service is not only reflected in meticulous care and love for guests, but also should be integrated into the purpose and concept of enterprise management.
This paper first talks about the author's understanding of personalized service, including an overview of the development trend of personalized service in the hotel industry at home and abroad and the meaning of personalization. At the same time, the function and principle of personalized service and the relationship between personalized service and standardized service are analyzed in detail. Subsequently, the basic applications of personalization are listed, such as the performance of personalized service, service attitude towards guests, concern for guests, effective communication with guests and so on.
As the foundation of hotel image, service has also become the strength of hotel competition and the source of wealth. Service is a commodity, and personalized service should be the best among commodities.
