On the basis of briefly introducing the development background of domestic and international logistics products, this paper discusses in detail the level and historical process of domestic and international logistics theory research and logistics industry development, and analyzes the specific characteristics of China's current logistics industry development (including existing problems, development status and gap with foreign countries, etc.). ), and discusses the layout status and distribution characteristics of China's logistics industry from five aspects: the overall pattern, the gap between east and west, the gap between north and south, the difference between urban and rural areas and the development trend.
