Automobile manufacturing is one of the main industries in China's economic activities. With the development of world economic integration, the automobile manufacturing industry needs to make corresponding changes according to the changes in market demand. These requirements include shorter delivery time, higher standards/quality, lower cost and better customer service. These demands will force automobile manufacturers to shorten the research and development cycle. It's time to update the model They also need to respond quickly according to market changes and reduce manufacturing costs to promote business development. Based on the above facts, the third-party freight business came into being.

This paper demonstrates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the third-party freight industry in China. Based on these viewpoints, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the compatibility of third-party freight enterprises. It also includes strategies for corresponding competition.
