Objective To explore and analyze the role and influence of quality control circle activities in improving the effect of health education in hepatobiliary surgery. Methods 94 patients with hepatobiliary surgery were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time, 47 patients in each group. The control group carried out routine health education, while the observation group carried out quality control circle activities on the basis of routine health education, and compared the awareness rate of liver surgery related knowledge and satisfaction with the effect of health education between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of patients in the observation group was 95.74%, the satisfaction rate of health education effect was 97.87%, the awareness rate of patients in the control group was 80.85%, and the satisfaction rate of health education effect was 82.98%, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities on the basis of routine health education for patients with hepatobiliary surgery can significantly and effectively improve their awareness rate of hepatobiliary surgery-related knowledge and satisfaction with health education.

Quality control circle activity (QCC) refers to the continuous reform of management and working methods with the participation of all staff, and through this way, the main problems in medical nursing work are solved and improved, and finally the working ability and department image of nursing staff are improved [1]. In order to discuss and analyze the clinical application effect of quality control circle activities, this paper briefly discusses and analyzes the health education effect of routine health education and quality control circle activities in the health education of patients with hepatobiliary surgery.
1 data and methods
1. 1 general information
From 20 17 1 month to 20 18 1 month in our hospital, 94 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission time, with 47 patients in each group; There were 26 males and 265 438 0 females in the control group, with an average age of (45.64 4.59) years. There were 27 males and 20 females in the observation group, with an average age of (46.65438 0.95) years. There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups (P > 0.05).
1.2 method
The control group was given routine health education, including the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment methods, treatment objectives and related matters needing attention in the treatment process. The observation group implemented quality control circle activities on the basis of routine health education in the control group, including: ① establishing quality control circle. All patients in hepatobiliary surgery were selected as members of the quality control circle, and the circle leader organized the members to discuss and make overall arrangements for the progress of the quality control circle activities, while another counselor supervised and guided the specific activities of the quality control circle. (2) Develop quality control circle activity procedures. All members of the quality control circle should participate in the planning and arrangement of quality control circle activities. The specific procedures of quality control circle activities include the following steps: first, formulate the objectives of quality control circle activities; Secondly, according to the current situation of health education for patients with hepatobiliary surgery, formulate corresponding improvement strategies; Third, evaluate the health education effect of this quality control circle activity [2]. (3) Set quality control circle activity targets. To investigate the knowledge of hepatobiliary surgery among all patients hospitalized in our hospital from 20 17 to 20 18+0, and to understand the patients' knowledge of hepatobiliary diseases, including etiology, pathogenesis, treatment methods, diet, exercise and rehabilitation exercise during treatment. After the overall analysis of the awareness rate of patients' hepatobiliary knowledge, the corresponding health education goals were formulated according to the specific conditions of patients. With 1 month as the deadline, the patients' knowledge awareness rate has been improved to varying degrees after the quality control circle activities. ④ Specific measures to improve the effect of health education. When carrying out quality control circle activities for patients, it is necessary to strengthen the training of medical staff related to quality control circle and organize nursing staff to make systematic explanations in their spare time, especially for patients' key concerns, which require key training; In addition, the person in charge of hepatobiliary surgery needs to constantly improve the relevant health education materials in the department, such as health knowledge brochures on hepatobiliary diseases, increase the publicity of health knowledge in the ward of the department, and publicize health knowledge through words, pictures, videos and other forms. To improve the specific methods of health education, we can combine small classes and PPT to carry out health education. ⑤ Effect evaluation of health education. Two months after the implementation of quality control circle activities, the awareness rate of patients' health education knowledge was investigated and summarized, and the plan and objectives of quality control circle activities were improved in time.
1.3 observation index
The awareness rate of hepatobiliary surgery knowledge and the satisfaction of health education effect were compared between the two groups.
Statistical analysis of 1.4
All the data in this paper are analyzed and processed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. The measured data are expressed by the mean standard deviation (x s), and the t value is used for inspection. The counting data is represented by [n(%)], and the x2 value is used for inspection. If P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.
Two results
The awareness rate of hepatobiliary surgery knowledge and the satisfaction of health education effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. See attached table.
3 Conclusion
In the same kind of research, after the implementation of quality control circle activities, the awareness rate of hepatobiliary surgery knowledge was 95%, and the satisfaction rate of health education effect was 96.67%. It can be seen from the above results that the results of this study are basically consistent with those of similar studies. In a word, carrying out quality control circle activities on the basis of routine health education for patients with hepatobiliary surgery can significantly and effectively improve patients' awareness rate of hepatobiliary surgery-related knowledge and satisfaction with the effect of health education, which has very significant clinical promotion value and significance.
