Personal self-evaluation of ophthalmic nurses
Self-evaluation is a personal summary of a period of time. Self-evaluation enables us to find mistakes and correct them in time. Let's make a self-evaluation. So what is the form of self-assessment? The following is my personal self-evaluation of eye nurses. Welcome to reading. I hope you will like it.

Personal self-evaluation of ophthalmic nurses 1 In medical work: I mainly focus on outpatient treatment, insist on it all day every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and take postgraduate outpatient ophthalmic surgery most of the afternoon on Tuesday. Throughout the year, * * * 90 12 people saw patients with eye diseases (plus people who kept coming home on Saturday and Sunday mornings), and 10000 people were admitted to the hospital. The number of outpatients and inpatients ranks first in the ophthalmology department of this hospital.

In teaching, he taught Chinese ophthalmology to Grade 20xx 1 and Class 2 for seven years. Instruct 25 senior doctors and in-service students. A graduate student graduated with honors and successfully found a job. A graduate student started the topic on time and collected more than half of the information. A new graduate student was recruited this year.

In terms of editing, two monographs on ophthalmology with practical value were published and distributed nationwide. In addition, the first drafts of five monographs (to be published) including chief editor, deputy chief editor, participants and ophthalmology have been completed.

In terms of scientific research, there are two ongoing provincial scientific research projects, which are the main participants, ranking second and third respectively. The first author published 4 papers in provincial and national newspapers, and the second or correspondent author published 3 papers in provincial and national newspapers; 22 popular science articles.

Business study: I attended three provincial and national academic conferences on ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in xx, and participated in 72 hours of self-funded computer training in my spare time. I passed the rigorous examination and obtained three modules of "National Computer Application Ability Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel". Usually, I can seriously study business technology, subscribe to various ophthalmology magazines at my own expense, buy a large number of the latest books on ophthalmology of Chinese and Western medicine, often go to the library and go to the websites of HowNet, Weipu and Wanfang to consult and collect information, extensively discuss the trends and progress of ophthalmology medical treatment at home and abroad, and seriously guide the work of junior doctors.

Ophthalmic nurse's personal self-evaluation 2 Disinfection supply room: During the internship in the supply room, I can seriously abide by the rules and regulations of the department, not be late and leave early, respect the teachers, have a harmonious relationship, work actively, strictly implement the "three inspections" and "seven pairs" systems, and have no mistakes and accidents. Under the guidance of the head nurse and the teaching teacher, after X days of practice, I have mastered the cleaning and disinfection of sewing bags, abortion bags, various surgical bags, storage tanks, surgical gowns and other instruments and sterile supplies. Under the careful instruction of the teacher, I have basically mastered the workflow and key points of the supply room and learned to operate various instruments and equipment. I can independently complete the cleaning, disinfection and aseptic treatment of various articles, instruments and packages, and I can also learn to make sterile cotton swabs, sterile vaseline gauze strips, sterile cotton balls and sterile gauze. Carefully register the parcels sent and received by various departments, and there must be no mistakes. During the internship, I worked actively, seriously and practically, and successfully completed the internship task.

Otolaryngology: Otolaryngology is a highly operational discipline, and the correction of nasal septum deviation passing by in books is very important in clinic. Don't be late and leave early, respect teachers, have a harmonious relationship and work actively. During my three-week internship in Otolaryngology, I learned a lot and made many friends. Under the careful guidance of the teaching teacher, I have mastered the preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative observation and nursing of patients in ophthalmology, otolaryngology and stomatology, and learned the common use of eyes, ears, nose, throat and mouth.

Personal self-evaluation of ophthalmic nurses. During my internship in ophthalmology clinic for more than one month, I have seen various cases of ophthalmic diseases, such as cornea complicated with cataract, glaucoma, fundus complicated with retinal detachment, eye trauma, orthopaedics, eye tumor, strabismus, ametropia and so on. And I learned that electrophysiology is all the procedures for examining patients with eye injuries. Understanding electrophysiology is to use 3H red flash ERG, dark adaptation ERG and visual evoked potential to detect eye trauma cases with different surgical procedures, so as to comprehensively evaluate the degree of functional damage of retina, optic nerve and macular retina after eyeball contusion and further diagnose the severity of the disease.

Under the guidance of the teacher, I can correctly handle the classification of various diseases and help patients to measure their vision, intraocular pressure and eye drops. Understand that glaucoma patients can't mydriasis. Teach me the problems that I can't ignore as a nurse and understand the principles of nurses treating people, which I can't learn from books.

Through practice, I know the true meaning of nurses, and I hope I can get further improvement and exercise myself in the next department practice. Thank you for your help in my internship and for your concern. The internship is coming to an end. At this moment, I found myself in love with it, and I felt reluctant to leave my teacher's internship for the first time. Being a nurse for the first time is not about courage, not about overcoming nervousness, but about the responsibility when facing patients.

In the next month, I would like to thank the hospital leaders, head nurses and teachers for their education, guidance, criticism and help, and my colleagues for their concern and support. Looking back on the past, there have been many advances and improvements, but there are also some shortcomings; Looking forward to the future, we should carry forward our own advantages and overcome our own shortcomings. I will continue to carry forward the spirit of this month, do my job well, be anxious about the patient's urgency, be responsible for the patient, and never let the patient's condition deteriorate because of my reasons. I must be absolutely responsible for my work, which is the least a good nurse should do.
