Lu An, male,1born in June 1966, was born in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Worked in June 1985, engaged in history teaching and research. In June 2003, he was awarded the title of "Top Professional and Technical Talents in Qingdao" by Qingdao Municipal Committee and Qingdao Municipal People.

At present, he is a history researcher in the General Education Teaching and Research Section of Qingdao Education Bureau and a special-grade teacher in middle schools.

The first "network teaching method of history course" has great influence in the whole country, and won the first prize in the selection of teaching papers in Shandong Province, the first prize in the selection of excellent courses in Shandong Province, the first prize in the selection of national teaching papers in history discipline and the first prize in the selection of national excellent courses in history discipline.
