These journals are top academic journals at home and abroad, and publishing papers in these journals requires a strict review and evaluation process. There is almost no difference between SCI online publishing and SCI publishing, and it is basically the same in China. EI, SCI online edition and ISTP belong to three international indexing systems, all of which belong to the category of B periodicals. ISTP and EI are more suitable for publishing conference papers, while international high-value conference papers are not easy to publish and usually need to be written in English, so the papers published in these journals are second only to SCI papers.
