Objective To explore the influence of health education path on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing esophageal thoracotomy.
Methods Sixty patients with esophageal cancer who underwent thoracotomy from 2065 438+00 to 2065 438+00 were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received general health education, while the experimental group received health education through health education path. The incidence of postoperative complications, anal exhaust time, time of getting out of bed, postoperative hospitalization time and expenses were observed in the two groups.
Methods From 2065438+00 to 2065438+03, patients undergoing esophageal thoracotomy were divided into experimental group (60 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to time, and health education was carried out by general health education method and health education path respectively. The incidence of postoperative complications, anal exhaust time, time of getting out of bed, postoperative hospitalization time and expenses of the two groups were observed.
Results Postoperative complications occurred in 3 cases (10%) in the experimental group and 36.7% in the control group. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The anal exhaust time in the experimental group (74.9716.10 hour) was earlier than that in the control group (87.20± 10/0 hour), and the postoperative hospitalization days in the experimental group (/kloc-0 12.93±3.90 days) were shorter than that in the control group (/kloc-0 0.05)。
Results Postoperative complications occurred in 3 cases (10%), and the postoperative complications were controlled in 1 1 case (36.7%). The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the anal exhaust time group (74.97+cross-sectional experimental hours) was earlier than that in the control group (87.20+). Bed rest time in the group (1 15.47+25.78 hours) was earlier than that in the control group (134.60 middle school), and postoperative hospitalization days were (3.90 days) 654,380.05).
Conclusion Health education path can reduce postoperative complications, shorten rehabilitation time and reduce costs of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing thoracotomy.
