Power engineering project is an important part of power system, which plays an important role in providing power resources services and maintaining daily production and life in related areas. With the improvement of the whole society's requirements for the service quality of power resources and the increase of the number of power engineering projects, some problems related to the quality supervision of power engineering projects are gradually exposed. This paper mainly discusses the related problems existing in the quality supervision of power engineering projects, and takes countermeasures in combination with the problems.

In the process of electric power engineering construction, the whole process of quality supervision and management should be carried out, from the preparatory work in the early stage of construction, the operation management during construction to the completion acceptance after construction. , relying on dynamic whole process management, to ensure the identification and prevention and control of risks in environmental change, constantly eliminate all kinds of quality hidden dangers and ensure the construction quality [2].
