Power engineering project is an important part of power system, which plays an important role in providing power resources services and maintaining daily production and life in related areas. This paper mainly discusses the related problems existing in the quality supervision of power engineering projects, and takes countermeasures in combination with the problems.

With the increasing demand for power resources in the whole society, there are more and more power engineering projects. Combined with the current construction situation of power engineering projects, some projects have related quality problems. By analyzing the problems existing in the quality supervision of power engineering projects, further targeted measures are taken to improve the construction quality of power engineering projects and provide better services for the society. Based on the author's working experience, this paper discusses the problems existing in the quality supervision of power engineering projects and relevant countermeasures.

1 analysis of characteristics of power engineering projects

The whole power engineering project has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, many precision equipment, high degree of automation, complex construction technology and so on. With the increase of the number of power engineering projects, the quality problems of power engineering are gradually increasing, and the appearance of quality problems will lead to other new quality problems. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the possible hazards caused by construction risks and quality problems in power engineering construction and take measures to manage them from various aspects.

Make an overall analysis of the project before construction, identify quality risk points, and formulate targeted pre-control measures to avoid quality problems. Make emergency plans to solve quality problems quickly.

3.3 Strengthen the dynamic management of the whole process

In the process of electric power engineering construction, the whole process of quality supervision and management should be carried out, from the preparatory work in the early stage of construction, the operation management during construction to the completion acceptance after construction. , relying on dynamic whole process management, to ensure the identification and prevention and control of risks in environmental change, constantly eliminate all kinds of quality hidden dangers and ensure the construction quality [2].

Through the analysis of the problems existing in the quality supervision of power engineering projects, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures, and constantly improves the quality supervision by relying on comprehensive measures to ensure the engineering quality.
