(8) Obtained a doctorate and obtained the post qualification of economist (engineer or international business engineer) for more than 2 years; Master's degree or bachelor's degree, and have obtained the qualification of economist (engineer or international business engineer) for more than 5 years.

Two, senior economist reporting conditions of exceptional review

(1) does not have the required declaration qualification.

Persons who have obtained the qualification of an economist for more than 5 years but have not reached the bachelor's degree shall meet one of the following conditions in addition to the above-mentioned normal reporting conditions (1) and (7):

(1) Since he obtained the qualification of economist, he has officially published the monograph of this major (independent author or first author, excluding editing and publishing) in the publishing department at or above the provincial level;

(3) Won the honorary title of "National Model of Self-taught Workers";

(4) Having obtained the qualification of economist and engineer through evaluation or confirmation, and having passed the intermediate qualification examination of economic (international business) major organized by the whole country with qualified results.

Bachelor degree or above, having obtained the qualification for the position of economist for more than 3 years, meeting the normal reporting conditions in Article (1) and Article (7) above, and being commended and rewarded at or above the provincial or ministerial level.
