Lectures on the History of Ming Dynasty is a lecture given by Mr. Meng Sen in Peking University in the early 1930s. The course taught by Meng Sen, the history department of Peking University, is the history of Ming and Qing Dynasties, which is divided into two years, one is the history of Ming Dynasty and the other is the history of Qing Dynasty. The handout is also divided into two parts: Ming history and Qing history. The Lecture Notes on Ming History is divided into two parts: The first part is a general account of the position and style of Ming History in history; The second part is divided into seven chapters: The Founding of the People's Republic of China, Jingnan, Seize the Gate, Discuss the Rites, Despair of Wanli, Lessons from the Chaos of Tian Chong and Wandering of Nanming, which highly summarizes the historical facts of various periods of the Ming Dynasty, is knowledgeable, informative and comprehensive, and has far-reaching influence in the field of Ming history research.
