How to reduce the similarity of papers
According to the academic hall, reducing the similarity of papers can be called paper weight reduction.

Losing weight can't be accomplished simply by changing punctuation, replacing a few words or a sentence pattern. We must use certain skills and methods to make the changed sentences fluent and logical, without changing the original meaning, and the most important thing is to reduce the repetition rate. Only in this way can we deal with those standards that require strict repetition rate, such as 10% or even 5%.

Method 1: synonym substitution

Generally, the words in the original sentence can be replaced, because there is a word called synonym, so there is no need to worry about changing the original meaning after replacement, such as adjectives, verbs and so on. For example:

Cultural tourism has gradually become a way of life that people pursue.

After the change: Now more people pay attention to choosing scenic spots with rich cultural connotations.

Culture belongs to the central word in the original text, so it can be fixed, and other words can be freely replaced or even used. For example, the word tourism does not appear in the revised sentence, but we can still see that this is an event to explain tourism. It takes a certain writing skill to change this revision method, otherwise it will lose its professionalism or reduce its literary talent.

Method 2: Sentence conversion

As the name implies, it is to change a sentence from affirmation to double negation, or interrogative sentence and so on. For example:

Transformation is the only choice for enterprise development.

After the reform: In the long run, enterprises have to take the road of transformation.

Combined with the method of replacing words in the first method, the modifier sentence is changed from affirmative sentence to double negative sentence, which is still affirmative sentence, which does not change the original intention and effectively reduces the repetition probability.

Method 3: Data modification

Some data with low accuracy requirements are also obtained through rough calculation, so we can make some changes, such as 56.3%, then we can change it to about 56%. When the cardinality is not large, the difference between the two data will be small, so it is ok to make such changes. For some data such as experiments, this number cannot be easily changed. At this time, digital conversion can be used, for example, 20% can be changed to 20%, and vice versa.

Method 4: Chinese-English translation

Translate foreign materials into Chinese, or translate traditional materials into simplified ones. Doing so usually significantly reduces the coincidence rate of articles. But there is also a certain risk that if the original author finds out, he may come to you. It is wise to convert foreign languages or traditional materials into simplified ones, and then reorganize them with your own language and logic. This can also reduce the repetition rate.
