Ouyang Juewen is a national first-class composer. 1942 was born in Liuyang, Hunan province in February. /kloc-0 was admitted to Hunan ancient painting opera house in June, 1956./kloc-0 began to compose music in June, 1969. He went to Shanghai Conservatory of Music for further study. Up to now, there are 125 works created for ancient paintings and operas, including Shajiabang, Ximai Case, Peach Blossom Garden, Autumn Ancient Paintings, Country Police, Sata Man is Romantic, etc.

Ouyang Juewen created more than 60 film and television works in his life, including Zhao, Village Official, Yeyadao, On the Way, Daughter Boat, Tieniu Town and so on.

Ouyang Juewen also published or performed more than 300 songs, such as Tea Pickers in Jiangnan. There are more than 20 professional papers, such as "Exploration of the Four-voice Structure of Middle Ages Painting and Drama in Hunan".

He edited Common Tunes of Hunan Ancient Paintings and Plays, and collaborated with Liu Zhaoqian to compile Guidance of Famous Teachers of Hunan Ancient Paintings and Plays and Selected Works of Famous Hunan Ancient Paintings and Plays, which were published by the press. He has won 28 composition awards at or above the provincial level, and xiang opera's "Anecdotes of the Old Table" and "Into the Sunshine" won the 1 1 2 "Wenhua" Music Creation Awards of the Ministry of Culture. His plays won the "Five Ones" Project Award in Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China for six times. His four TV plays won flying prizes.
